check in smooth. room comfortable, grab bars in shower handy, variety of breakfast options, comfortable chair for reading

handicap rooms should be closer to entrance-long walk for person with mobility limitations remove tub-make roll in shower need fresher pastries, more fresh fruit choices

It was okay but won't stay there again

Staff was friendly

Room had issues; toilet wasn't bolted to floor and seat was broken; reading lamp by chair was broken and could not be turned on; door was missing lock on the door jam; door locked but moved with ease and both my teenage girls were scared; maintenance man on vacation and owner out of town; they moved us the next morning but no offer to help us move or any type of discount for our incovenience

The room was great for the price we paid. The staff was very helpful. The location was great and not to far from anything.

The only thing I would say was the toilet in our bathroom seemed to not be connected to the floor. It would lift up when you sat and stood from it. Simple fix but not bad for the rate.

Rooms not ready. Staff unconcerned.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm when we were scheduled to check in at 2pm. We were sent to 3 different rooms before we got a clean one. Front desk was not sympathetic or really concerned at all. I had to walk the length of the property back to the desk 3 times.

Great location, outdated rooms

The customer service was very friendly & helpful. The location was easy to find, with restaurants & gas stations nearby. The hotel, hallways & room were clean & inviting.

The door latch to the room was very loose. The door did lock, but it sits ajar and the door was very loose in the latch itself.

Outside of the breakfast issue, the stay was great.

The Hotel was perfectly fine. The staff exceptional. However your cereal needs to be rotated as it was stale….bad.

Everything was nice except the breakfast.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the staff was nice.

There wasn’t much for breakfast, they ran out before breakfast was over all four days we were there and no fruit was offered.

Room was clean and really big. Loved the water pressure and hot water. It had a good breakfast, and they worked with me for check in.

The other guests did not like to be respectful, breakfast could have had more food, like eggs still good.

the poor function of the TV remote was driving us crazy. The kind lady at the desk rescued us. loved her!

Nothing fancy but was fine.

The hotel and location of our room was quiet. It was basic--you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was "meh". There was no fresh fruit at all and the coffee was super weak. I can't have dairy or wheat so there was nothing for me to eat. The room could have used a better cleaning--fingerprints on the backs of doors, no towel hook on the bathroom door, and a clump of hair on the floor.

Watch out for the hairy tub.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good and the value of the motel was good for the one night we stayed. The lady that checked us in was very helpful when I had an issue with the payment. I did not realize they put a hold on my card, and when I asked her she said I will ask my manager. When I came back a few hours later she told me the manager Said it will fall off in a few days. She has great customer services, and should be told so.

There is so much to say. First, the toilet would not flush. The water went down, but the TP did not. Second, there was pubic hair in the bathtub and on the floor. The toilet was not clean when you put the seat down. Third, when I told the gentleman up front that the toilet would not flush he did not seem to care one bit. He just said ok like it was not his problem.
