very disappointed won't go back there

they had sign said breakfast when went down to get staff was rude said they would bring something to room wife questioned this lady talking through ring camera said oh well. this upset wife came back to room long story short we left a day early. also bed sheets didn't get changed

My stay was awful.

It was close to Starbucks

There were roaches in the room. There was no breakfast and the lobby was never open.. When I checked out nobody would come to the window. The guy was talking to me via ring door bell. When I didn't understand what he was saying he decided to start yelling at me like a child over the speaker. To be honest I would never go back there again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either. Oh I forgot to mention that they will come in your room and turn the ac off in the middle of the day when you are gone so when you get back it takes a couple hours to cool your room down.

It was not a place we would use again

it was conveniently located off the highway on our route

The room had an awful odor, the floors weren’t as clean as they should have been and the door had been kicked in in the lower part and didn’t close completely. Hollaring from next room at 2:00am didn’t help

I purchase this location as it included a breakfast however there was none. When I arrived to check in at 4:30 I was told to go run some errands as there was no one to work the front desk to check me in. The manager was yelling at me through a speaker. Someone showed up to check me in and was as nice as she could be. While checking me in the manager called and I could not understand what she was saying however I could hear her yelling something. The room was in very bad shape. Tiles falling off the wall in the bath, drawer fronts missing from the dresser and tossed in the closet, bedspread filled with holes, black soap scum on shower soap dish, brown smuge marks on the wall. Not sure what that was but you can guess.

The hotel operator was extremely rude. There was no top sheet on the bed. There was toiletries trash from a previous guest left in the room. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. What a disappointment, especially since it is owned by Wyndam!

This is what I liked... convenient location. What I DIDNT like is:This is not what I remember a Days Inn looking like! Stayed July1-2, thankfully no longer! Upon arriving we were told there was no breakfast and were told a discount was taken off our bill, it wasn't. We entered the room to an awful smell and the most disgusting room I had ever seen. If it wasn't so late we would have looked elsewhere. Thankfully I had brought a large can of disinfectant and covered every surface! We only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. It's sad that the owners think this is okay. I would give a "0" rating if possible!

Disappointing!!

Manager was very rude. When I arrived my room was not ready!! I had to wait 2 hours!! The housekeepers would not clean my room as the manager told them. They kept cleaning in their normal order. Even though I booked online in advance and had already paid. VERY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT!!

staff. room refrigerator had precious tenants trash left in it. fiancé killed two bugs in shower. noisy at night. light cover in bathroom fell out while sleeping. wifi wasn’t good at all even with strongest frequency

U and Days in lied...canceled 1 of the days because of plan changes..submitted the 48hrs ahead of time and both u said never received. Only could stay 1 night but charged me for 2. I will tell everyone I know not to use either of u business again.

Location.

Filthy floor lamp, air conditioning leaking bucket in room to catch leak. Filthy behind the TV cabinet. No directions info on TV or remote. Had to ask for extra towels and was questioned why I needed two more towels. I'm a girl.
