The location is perfect for appointments at the hospital and close to restaurants and a movie theatre.
The sink faucet leaked and the bathroom fan didn’t work. We did pass that along.

The complimentary breakfast, the area, the kiddy pool for my young boys.
We were not informed of the correct breakfast times by the guy that checked us in upon arrival, we had an ant problem in our room and the guy that checked us in had us down for one night so on our 2nd day, we were locked out of our room because our key cards were deactivated.

The room was spacious but not clean. We had to clean the bathroom when we arrived.
We chose this hotel for the amenities and out of the 3 days the hot tub was down for 2 days and the pool was down for a day. I would appreciate a partial refund or some type of compensation .

Good breakfast, kiddie pool area was nice for the little ones.
The hot tub was out of order. Pool was cold. No maid service, our toilet was plugged for both days, our sink wouldn't drain well. Desk staff came to our room to tell us there was a noise complaint. We were lying in bed, the kids were sleeping, and no one was in our other room next to us. There were people running in the halls, so I take it, that the noise was them. The public restroom by the front desk smelled absolutely RANCID. Walls needed repair in the breakfast area. We won't be returning.

Clean, quiet, comfortably warm, and close to hospital where spouse was having surgery. Employees were really nice and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job tidying and restocking our room while spouse was having surgery. Coffee was good too. So thank you all for helping us be less anxious at this time.
Breakfast wasn’t so great. But oatmeal was good and lobby coffee and cookies was available when leaving to pick up spouse after hospital stay. Pool and hottub areas were shut down but we were told that before our stay, which is an exceptional service not seen in other facilities.

Breakfast was good. I did like it was in a separate area specifically for breakfast time. Location was good. 10-15 mins for all the planned stops for the weekend.
The room was extremely over priced. The king bed was extremely hard. The pull out couch had dirty sheets and the mattress was stained. Extremely thin and springs stuck out. Had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets. Sheets and blankets had holes. Could see mold in the vents. No working fan in the bathroom. Not worth the money paid.

Absolutely NOTHING!!
Trash overflowing all over the ground in garbage can right outside of hotel doors, staff at front desk were rude, unhelpful and unaccomidating to someone with disabilities. I was charged 3 times for a 2 night stay that was split between my sister and myself which they took both of our cards to pay for one night each after complaining about the uncleanliness, parties and rude staff. We were there for my Mom's funeral so we were dealing with enough then to have a disgusting shower head , no phone book in room, no channel guide in room, no do not disturb sign in room, no list of local restraunts or services in room, out of half of breakfast items Saturday morning, huge loud and wild party in 2 rooms that had people overflowing into hallways and parking lot which ended with someone car being stolen and actual paying guests had no where to park, took a $40 additional charge incase room was damaged when that's why you have a card on file and takes 3 to 5 days to return, no managers available at anytime for days so getting the money back that they triple charged me for has been unsuccessful and caused me $80 in overdraft fees and counting. I travel alot for my cancer appointments, treatments and both my special needs children's appointments and surgeries and always used comfort inn & suites locations throughout states but will never stay in one again and detour family, friends or other parents of special needs children and other cancer patients away from these hotels from now on.

Everything was very clean and well kept. The pool area was especially nice with a little kid shallow splash area and the regular pool both easily seen from the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the staff staying on top of anything running low.
I hated that the other hotels we stayed at on our vacation weren't as nice. We took a long road trip around Lake Michigan, staying in there other hotels and while none were bad, they just didn't satisfy the same way. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI has set a new bar.

The location was perfect for what we were going for.
We didn’t recognize a negative for our stay.

Location and previous experience. We had stayed at this property during a previous visit and thought it was nice. Consequently we chose to stay there on our return trip rather than try another hotel.
-The beds were extremely uncomfortable definitely no pillow top or memory foam mattresses here!
-The bed linens were old, worn and flimsy
-The room had a musty smell that never dissipated in 3 days… when I went to the desk rite after checking in to ask for some air freshener because the room smelled musty the desk person told me they had no spray and that it was probably the AC needing cleaning. And all rooms were sold out so there was no option to get another room.
-And to add to that disgust the smelly AC was noisy to boot
-The batteries were dead in the remote so I had to make a second trip to the desk that nite.
-The entire property just seemed worn and in need of major upgrades to the rooms.

The breakfast was excellent, quite a selection and the person tending to it was very conscientious and making sure everything was refilled, the area kept clean and tables cleaned off. Convenient location on the first floor by main lobby.
Our room could have used a detailed cleaning and upon arrival the room felt stuffy and stale, I used fabreeze to refreshen.
Our toiled plugged up on the first morning, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work.
The elevators could use refurbishing.

My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights on an impromptu trip. It's a few miles "out of town" which was nice because it didn't get busy at all even though it was spring break week. Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub every day. Check out was 12pm, and the pool opened at 6am, so we swam multiple times each day and stayed until as late as possible on day of check out. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

the pool area was perfect for me and my kids and hot tub was huge. it’s a short drive to downtown mall area yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. quiet, very clean and staff was very friendly.
no complaints about my stay.

The location is great for us. This hotel had been remodeled within the past four years and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I had an issue with the toilet and it was taken care of the same day. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff took care of business even when there were many people eating at the same time.
They would not provide housekeeping unless you were staying five nights. The excuse was Covid but almost none of the staff EVER wore masks, etc. Everyone knows these hotels are trying to get by with 25% of the housekeeping staff they used to employ just to save money. The heater/air conditioner did not work well. I had to set the heat to 65 to get the room to 70. If I set it to 68 it must have been 74 in the room. Each time it was different. I am not convinced that these units were changed during the remodel.
