Breakfast was fine. Proper amount of portions per persons staying. Good fresh milk and juice in the refrigerator. Yet vegetable draws were dirty, food stains. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. Bathroom very comfortable. Very roomy Suite
Sleeper sofa was dirty, cigarette butts found in cushions, popcorn cornels on carpet under sofa, cigarette ash and dust on the fabric. Cigarette, wrappers and debris found under Queen sized bed. TV had no sound, still after much menu programming.

the property was absolutely perfect and just what my brother and I were looking for.
because we are two doors down from a pub for who ever is sleeping on the pullout in the living room. it’s very loud hearing everyone on the street

Good location right in the middle of Margaretville. Plenty of things within short walking distance. Reasonably clean.
The worst bed we have ever slept on, ever, bar none. Deeply sagged. They say breakfast included, but that amounts to two boxes of Shredded mini-Wheats, no milk available. There's a coffee machine, but no coffee or creamer. The decor is thrift shop hodge-podge. I generally like keyless entry, but the locks they use have numbers that are impossible to see at night without crouching down with your phone flashlight. Would also have liked a second in-room-only lock for security. The TV remotes didn't work, and of the physical buttons on the TV, the channel up worked, not the channel down.

cute space
breakfast was 2 packaged muffins that expired August 2022 and oatmeal packets

quant and comfortable

the location was ok
the room was dirty, full of hazards and the bedding was very stiff, pillows also very flat

Good size room, modest price, heat.
Bad mattress, insufficient lighting, curbing at entrance to parking not cut away to make a slope so we had drive up & over the curb; fine for a truck but not a sedan. Door code emailed to us, door lock sometimes didn't work. No direct contact with any live human being.

This was an efficiency with bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room with sleeper sofa. Everything was in good order, clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable for something like this in this area. Location was great, located on the main street, walking distance from everything in Margaretville. However, this place gets a ZERO RATING for customer service. Breakfast was left in the room: two packs of coffee (no decaf; no tea) for coffeemaker, two packages of two chocolate chip muffins, a single serving of Fruit Loops, a single serving of Frosted Flakes, and about 8 oz. each of milk and orange juice in the fridge in bottles that appeared to have been refilled and not factory sealed. dishes, glassware, cutlery were all available though I'd wash them first. I used my own paper goods. There were extra pillows and bedding in one of the closets. .There was also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Appliances included full size fridge/freezer, full size 4 burner range, toaster, coffee maker, alarm clock, TV. WiFi worked well. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, towels, washcloths.
There was no warning that I would have to gain entry into the apartment by using codes in two locks, and no announcement in advance telling me to look out for an e mail message containing the apartment number and codes. There was no one on premises with whom to speak. When I arrived, there was nothing there except for locked apartments: no office or concierge. A paper in a window which was hardly visible said to call a phone number if there was a problem. When I called, I got voicemail which said that the box was full. The note also said that they had another location at the other end of town, but when I drove there after being unable to get in, there was no one on premises either and no information. Fortunately, I had Internet access and thought to check my e mail and found the information I needed: apartment number and codes to open the two keyless locks, but if I hadn't had Internet access, I would have been stuck and unable to get into my room. Previously I had called and left a message about something else. NO ONE returned my call. Also, the listing said there was plenty of parking, but there wasn't even a hint that the parking was on the public street. Also note that the poor sign on the building did not mention that I would have received my room number and lock codes via e mail. This is no way to run a business.

Room was clean, spacious, had all that we needed.
Bonus was there was food for breakfast there, and a full kitchen that we could use.
It was safe and secure, and comfortable for me & my 2 children. Highly recommend!
Hosts very responsive when I had to call them.
Door code was difficult to operate, but eventually got it to work.

Convenient location.
Issue with parking in front of the building, apparently, there is new law in town about no overnight parking on the streets during winter.
When you snowboard all day in the cold (15F day/-6F night) you expect warm cozy place to stay, but not the case. Place was FREEZING!!!!! We maxed up the thermostat, but the temperature didn't go over 67F in the evening and it was showing 64F in the morning (that was in the hallway far from windows and close to the bathroom) Living room was much colder.
Black hair in the sheets which honestly, I could understand it may happen but BREADCRUMBS!!! - REALLY!!!

There were breakfast items left in the room which were OK. There was coffee and the fixings which was good. The orange juice and the small milk containers that they left were awesome!

The place is run down outdated and disgusting

Should also have tea bags - not just coffee

Access to kitchen, good shower
Great location
Bed was inadequate, old and not enough support
A lot of noise from other rooms in building
Kitchen is old, coffee maker problems, kitchen vanity is a joke, falling apart and not nearly level
3.2
Good variety of breakfast essentials included in the room. Comfy beds, enough for a big family.
3.2
Best location! Walk to the supermarket and pharmacy!
Close to hiking and Great Lake beaches!
Perfect kitchen and comfortable living room.
Definitely coming back.

Breakfast, and doors were hard to open and lock.r

Great location right in town and close to destinations. It was nice to have the kitchen option even though there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was also enjoyable having a living space to stretch out.
Everything was pretty manageable but the shower temp would change constantly, it needed a better AC unit, and there were sharp pieces of wood you could catch your toe on by the edges of the bedroom (somebody should’ve just pulled them out) easy fix.

Location
Didn't get breakfast, don't think it was included. TV remote didn't work.
Mattress lumpy. Room dark, painted dark with poor lighting from windows and lamps. Had to wait long time for key,
restaurants all closed after we got key.

I was emailed that I had to drive a couple of miles to another motel to pick up the keys, but when we arrived there the reception of that motel was closed. The owner arrived in about 20 minutes and got me the key. I guess I didn't read about this situation in the review.
The entrance to the property was very dingy. The living room with kitchenette was comfortable and clean, but the bedroom was below expectations. The one bedroom window was not too clean and looked out on a badly enclosed porch that was filled with building materials. The bedroom was small and the dingy bedroom walls had no art work. There was a four inch step into the bathroom and that was tricky in the dark with no night light. You have to remember that there is a step or you will fly into the bed upon stepping out of the bathroom. The electricity for the whole area went off about 6:30 in the morning so my cold shower was in the dark--and that summed up my mood upon exiting.

No breakfast , location was fine
I meantioned and took pictures that one of the towels had a tare and a chair was broken.

The location was excellent for the price - in the city center, right next to the supermarket, with some nice places to dine everyday. That's really it - nothing else to like. We tried to spend as much time out as possible, so we wouldn't have to be in the place much.
It was simply run down - you had the feeling they just threw a bunch of old furniture and stuff in there that they didn't use anymore. The beds all creaked and the chairs were unstable - some even literally, shook. One of the beds was next to a window that didn't close - we checked everything, the window led to an inner galley with lots of old junk that seemed locked, but none the less, my husband and I slept next to the window to make sure nothing would happen - and got the freezy wintry breeze that came through the window all night in our face while we slept. Another bed was right over the heater, which made things worse, because we couldn't turn up the heat too much - otherwise our kids couldn't sleep. There weren't enough glasses or even a wine opener and one roll of toilet paper for all six of us for three nights. And the WiFI was super slow - didn't have a password. We actually left one night early because we couldn't bear to stay there anymore.

Suites on Main is centrally located to nearby outdoor attractions and in walking distance of the supermarket, really good restaurants, and cute stores. We stayed here for the self-contained suite with kitchenette. We made good use of the fridge and microwave. We never used the stove or oven.
The walls were a little thin and there was noise from the other units. It depended on the other guests if this was an issue or not.
