Rude and inconsiderate. We booked two rooms and pulled in at 10 at night to be informed that they canceled our rooms. They didn't even try to call and tell us ahead of time. They indicated there cleaning staff didn't show up and the hot water didn't work. So I understand why they were canceling reservations but to not let people know until they show up is beyond rude.

The channels on the tv.
The cleaning for the facility was terrible. The amount of people coming in and out was inappropriate. The shower did not work AT ALL. I did not feel safe due to the amount of people staying there. The doors to different entrances were just open.

I hated everything, everyone using drugs, no hot water, my room had no shower just water coming straight up from the pipe and the guy told me they will refund my money because I left, super sketchy place, I’m still waiting to be refunded

Literally nothing. No joke!
Pool has apparently been closed for about 2 years, but we weren't emailed about this until just a day or two before our stay. We booked weeks in advance, to have a pool while visiting our grandchildren. When trying to resolve the issue, the front desk person first lied and said she was the manager, then never managed to get me in contact with the manager after at least 4 calls. We're told a refund would be processed since the hotel couldn't supply the amenities that are still listed as available, but never got one cent back. I couldn't be more pissed with this location and their staff

The fire systems doing work we didn't have a TV remote and the bath tub was disgusting the room was musty we had people bang on our door

I like that when we walked in the employees made everything so simple to check in and joined in with the little bit of jokes and laughs that my family was enjoying as we walked in to the lobby. Daisy was very polite and professional and had exceptional customer service.
That there was workers that kept standing outside my door and staying very disrespectful comments to my neices as they walked back to our room or car. They was scared to even walk outside the room alone.

While I was checking in 3 people were in the lobby complaining about bad service. It was dirty and the police were outside arresting someone. We canceled our reservation and finished our drive to Montana without stopping anywhere. I want refunded!

I had made my reservation quite a ways in advance. Upon arrival, there was not an appropriate room available. I canceled my reservation and found a different motel.

We were traveling cross country and stayed at many hotels during that time. Dogs barked all night because lots of people running around the hotel at all hours of the night. When we got there, people were climbing out the window of a room. Just seemed like not a good hotel to be in. Funny that this hotel was the most expensive we stayed in during our trip, and it was the most unpleasant.

Privacy patients with the screaming in pain during a battle with a abcess
No hot water yesterday and today until 949pm tonight the locks on doors shut down meaning had to get them to unlock the door any time I had to leave the room or chance it and have everything stolen so figured that not wise so of we locked the door following the only option and get back and they've locked the keys in a room that doesn't work wait hour in the heat with an abscess to get back in side after they unlocked and no towels or room amenities toilet tissue or trash bags ever offered no discount offered even though there was no hot water since the night before

We Booked the rm on booking.com but when we Arrived they told us it was fully booked. We had to book somewhere else which cost more last minute and was 1hr looking for another room

Room was dirty, smoke alarm missing, no TV, microwave when we Paid for a microwave. Shower was taped up from it being broken.
And Worst of all they charged me for week when I was No longer at the facility and never got a hold of Jennifer the manager in charge to refund.

Nothing, do not book this. Booking.com needs to remove this motel. They had a sign upon check-in they said no returns once you rent your room. That is because they don't have towels or toilet paper. The bedding had cigarette burns. Terrible!!

When I stayed there alone, I was followed by multiple men when going to my room, I didn't feel safe, and the managers never called back. I was scarry for a single mom.

I was so disgusted with out room, it had trash on the floor it smelled horrible, it didn't have any towels or toilet paper it was not clean and the when we left this morning someone three pasta in the hallway and we stepped in it, this was the worst experience I ever had with a room, I want a refund

There was nothing about that place that was good. If there was a place to add pictures I could show you. The lamps were broken. The tub was dirty. People were smoking in the hallway.

There was black mold all over the room. In the window bathroom everywhere. There was 1 towel for 4 people and when we asked for more was only given 2. Said there was a pool and it was being worked on. And has been being worked on for over a year.
