Behind the bed, there was stuff laying that they didn't clean up and sweep. They never cleaned our room the three days we were there, and there was hair on the bed from dogs, and I don't even have any pets

Going out to exit door as fast as I could
I didn't like the way the manager owner whoever he was on the 16th treated me like I was dirt and demanded a $200 cash deposit after I had booked the room also the motel I charge my credit card and did not have any receipt of the transaction happening except on my credit card the motorized embezzled money from me and then treated me like dirt I will never ever recommend econo Lodge to anyone I know and whoever this gentleman was he wasn't a gentleman I seen him at the check cashing place easy money and Billings Montana trying to launcher fake money and blame it on one of his customers I was stranded in Billings Montana I'll sleep under a bridge before I ever set foot back in the econo Lodge again

Nothing.
They are very rude, and it’s really unclean.

I liked that it was clean to look at. The construction was tidy.

This place was so bad, we actually walked out and would love a refund. The employees were yelling across the counter at each other. We booked this place for the hot tub but upon arrival, the hot tub was half empty/closed and looked nasty. Felt like we walked into a giant drug deal.
Everything. This place was not ok.
2.3
It was the cheapest place in Billings we could find. The hot tub was nice.
The front worker laughed at the picture on my I.D. The room had not one towel in it. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the chair had a cigarette burn.
2.3
The location was near the freeway
The facility seemed to be short of personnel. The breakfast was a disaster.
2.3
the wiorse place I have ever stayed at---I am demanding 50% of my money be returned to
my credit card compny.
2.3
I did not like anything about it.
Bad location. Facilities very dated and not worth the cost. Lots of undesirable people around the motel. It sad to say, is in all likelihood a rent by the hour for John's and prostitutes. Not enough clean towels available. So called Continental breakfast was a joke. No cereal, no milk, no fruit. A few pieces of bread were there for a broken toaster. Very dissapointed in the accommodations. I will never stay at a Econolodge again.

That the staff make sure and ask me if I was comfortable and if my room was clean and if I liked it
There was really nothing there to not like. But to say that I slept good woke up the next day in a good mood
2.3
Breakfast was good, varied.
2.3
There was drugs users, the halls smelled like cigarettes, the room was dirty, did not feel safe.
Everything

The beds were comfortable
At check in the lady at the front desk didn't know what she was doing. Charged me too much then didn't know how to refund it. Talk to the manager he said it wasn't them but I have 6 transactions that say Econo Lodge on them. They didn't even want to try.
2.3
The staff were super helpful and friendly
The room has alot of ware and tare

Breakfast was fine, appreciated coffee and a banana. I needed a room due to weather and it was close to where I was. Priced higher than it was probably worth, the sign saying low weekly rates was my first clue. Bur any port in a storm.
Paid $90 for a room. Get there and check in, drive around to the closer door I am directed to. Room is fine and then I see the fist size holes in the bathroom door. Open said door to 6 inches of green standing water in the tub. All this after first key doesn't work. Go back to the desk and get put in a different room with an exterior door, convenient. Until it will not open when I come back with food. At least I know noone is getting in there while I am sleeping on top of the covers.

Very basic
place needs a definite update

Didn't eat
Room door broken. Room smelled like wet dog, linen was dingy
