The handi cap room was very nice. Also the handi cap parking in front of our room was Great!
Very poor "Hot Breakfast". Orange Juice was watered down and Coffee was OK. That's all.
3.4
Fast check in and out clean parking lot
Not much to dislike water pressure maybe

The location is nice
* Air barely works/ room as hot as outside
* Big hole in the wall behind door
* Security lock not screwed in all the way
* No shelf in the fridge
* Freezer completely iced over
* Dirty microwave
* SMOKE ALARM DISCONNECTED and MISSING
* BURN HOLES IN MY BLANKET
* Was told I could change the card on file at check in and would not be charged until I was at the property/ my card was charged Thursday morning with no warning, email, or contact.
* Had to buy fans to cool the room
* Was told they had no more keys so I could only have one even though I booked a room for 2
* Broken lamp

The property is in a decent location
The property specifically the room was not cleaned very well nor was the smoke detector installed and there were two smoke detectors in a drawer where the TV was! A drink was spilled next to the bed that was not cleaned up prior to our visit.

Wasn’t in a busy area. Wasn’t trying to be in downtown Nashville. So it was convenient
Everything was fine

A better breakfast selection.

We were in Nashville to attend a wedding at the Cedarwood venue, and the location was perfect.
We were at the motel three nights. I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our son who lives six states away from us. Instead of rooms next to each other we were put on separate floors. We had to get cups from the office and a light bulb for the floor lamp. The clock was broken and there was no iron (new ones were provided upon request), and the floor was filthy in corners. TV response to remote was slow and difficult. The breakfast was so skimpy we opted to go to a restaurant. The room rate was higher than quoted when we reserved.

Breakfast bar had few choices and you couldn't take anything back to eat in the room. TV didn't work. Had a King size bed & they couldn't get the cable to work, so moved us to another room & had no other king size beds on the first floor. So had to take 2 double beds.
3.4
The staff was nice. No bedbugs, which was a pleasant surprise.
The smell in the room was horrible. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Also the mattress covers were stained and it would seem to me like an easy fix for some basic cleanliness but apparently it would be too much for them to buy new ones. We chose not to eat this breakfast (not appetizing).
3.4
I like the location easy to get to and my event was only 4 miles down the road from where I stayed everything was close
The breakfast was not what I was expecting that was the only thing I wasn't satisfied with
3.4
Room service cleaned everyday which doesn't happen at all hotels for a weekend stay.
The $50 cash deposit for incidentals, but when I checked out they didn't check the room, they just handed my cash back! What was the point.
Both the outside door and bathroom creaked when you opened & shut them, fixed it with my hand lotion.
No food delivery to the hotel except what was "suggested"
We stayed in a king room, the mattress sloped towards the edge & your feet were higher than your head. The TV was wall mounted but you couldn't change channels unless you were STANDING directly in front of the TV.
3.4
The young lady at the front was very pleasant and friendly, and shared an amazing testimony with me.
Everything was great I don’t have any complaints.

Room had recently been updated so it was in decent shape
Floor had bee vacuumed but also needed to be mopped; breakfast is a joke, Super 8s continue to use Covid as an excuse for providing a minimal breakfast. they should not be advertising that breakfasts are included
3.4
nothing
very very very nasty!!!!!!! blood stains all over the walls !! I’m pretty sure someone was killed in the room we stayed in. nothing about the room was clean the bottom of my socks were black !

close to work
manager was rude

The staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant right next door. Street noise was not bad. Seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood, and it was close to my family's home.
Cleaning the room with a dirty mop doesn't clean it well; my socks would get black on the bottoms. There were huge "dust bunnies" by the night stand which looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. asked housekeepers to clean it, They didn't understand me so I got a rag & cleaned it myself. Fire alarm was hanging down from the ceiling--reported, but not fixed, so probably not working. Nail sticking about 2 inches out of the upper part of door frame--also reported & not fixed. Breakfast never had ANY protein at all--only bread, cereal, instant oatmeal, and honey buns. Dog barking much of 2 nights from another room. Person in room above sounded like a herd of elephants running around until late at night for several nights.

Location. We got home from opry in 15 minutes. Quiet.
Breakfast. Almost non-existent
. Why even bother. Toast and juice

I LIKE THE CONVERSE OF BEING CLOSE TO LOCAL SPOTS
I DONT LIKE HOW A SUPER-8 CAN CHARGE THESE OVER PRICE RATES AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT ?? AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY ?
3.4
everything was up to my expectations. The thing to be concern is the old saggy mattress.
old saggy mattress

it was adequate. and next door to a great Mexican Restaurant, price was great,
for the price we were happy

I paid $85 for a double bed room and it’s close to highway, gas, food.
The tv in room didn’t work and the tub drain was a little clogged. When showering, the water would fill bottom of tub. There was no shampoo in room, only conditioner.
3.4
it was a place to stay. wouldn’t be a place to stay again if I ever in Nashville again. the lady who check us in was rude and the. the lady that check us out was rude to my husband. the AIR CONDITIONER half worked you had to freeze to keep the room from getting hot, the microwave button was broken so you had to put the button back in to put food in or out, the Fridge didn’t work good you had to do the same as the air conditioner to make that work. the covers have cigarette burn holes in it. the toilet didn’t really flush good at all. the shower was half broke, they was a bungee cord rapped around one of the bars in the shower to hold in the wall.! the staff was rude. I work in hotel business and this is not okay. they didn’t go over and beyond like I read in the reviews.
it was a place to sleep at night

They stopped breakfast by 9am so didn't get no breakfast very disappointed 😞
Bathroom was dirty, used towels and wash clothes was left in the tub.the floors were dirty brand new socks was black after walking on the floor.over charged us was suppose to be $616 for our stay they charged us almost $800 and we left a day early and never reimbursed us money back, very disappointed with this hotel

Nothing
I booked a non-smoking room & it reeked of smoke. Also, the TV was working & then it just stopped, so we couldn't even watch the TV. There was also a fight in the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant next door. We didn't even sleep at the motel due to the smell, we left as soon as our concert was over in Nashville.
