Pésima experiencia

Pésimo servicio. Tuvimos dificultades con la habitación de mi papá. Aún después de estar paga al 100% por error de su personal le cancelaron la entrada a la habitación siendo un adulto mayor. Lo tuvieron hasta más de la media noche sin acceso a su habitación. Adicional nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación. Cobraron 3 veces un depósito que aún no se ve reflejado o devolución.

Overall, it was a good trip

The property was nice and clean

The staff wasn’t so nice at the front desk or in the restaurant I was ignoring several times and at the bar I just walked off and didn’t get anything. She seen me there. I asked her about a drink and she walked off, so I decided I didn’t want anything and walked up as well when I first walked into Check in it was too ladies, checking in was actually checking someone in and the other was standing and she seen me and never asked me or said anything to me and then someone else walked up. She helped them I was like wow I was standing here.

We booked a stay to go see Marcello Hernandez perform at the Houston Improv. Location was convenient

Staff was friendly and the place was super clean

The staff was nice.

I liked the swimming pool.

The rooms were quite dark, old and especially the dark carpets were not very clean. Also, the humidity caused everything in the room to be damp. Breakfast was supposed to be included for the four of us, but it was not.

I just needed a place to sleep for the night which was near Memorial Park and a specific restaurant.

Parking was good. Convenient location. Easy check in. Nice front lobby. Helpful staff.

The room I was in was only partially updated. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. However, the seating cushions on the U-shape couch were coming apart. Some of the seams and most of the cording had separated and exposed the under-material. Obviously, I didn't bother sitting on it.

Only one elevator works out of 3. There is no a/c in the halls. In our room the shower did not work properly very little water came out.

Fine. We enjoyed Houston. Staff was very good and professional.

Expensive buffet breakfast. Old hotel facilities. For example the wallpaper was coming loose in the bathroom. Pillows all the same... too thick.

False advertisement. Breakfast is not included and there is no happy hour even though it is posted right by the door. Didn't have the accommodations I booked. All entrances except front entrance was broken. Room smelled like sex. Staff was nice.

Very spacious and clean and family friendly

The suite we stayed is spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom is bigger than your normal hotel ones, and it also has a good size no-stove "kitchen" area, and these makes it very family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also at a good location. The lobby has a business center. Overall it meets or exceed my expectation and worth the cost.

An electric kettle in the "kitchen" for boiling water would be a great addition. Several glassses rather than all plastic/paper cups in the room would be a good-to-have. Living room has no ceiling light. No vent in the bathroom. The swimming pool is kind of small.

We came, We celebrated, We left!

Comfortable bed and pillows. It was quiet. I liked the L-shaped couch.

The restaurant was under staffed. We waited at the podium for 5 minutes and no one came to seat us so we left to go somewhere else for dinner.

My stay was excellent! The hotel location was perfect and I slept like a rock during my stay. :-)

The location and price of the hotel is excellent! My conference was just around the corner on Post Oak Lane. I also enjoyed some wine and an appetizer at the bar one evening. Both were great. Your bar staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable by myself.

It was tough to find a good route to get onto I-10 going west from the hotel location. There's not much anyone can do about this except give directions for best / easiest options.

Nice staff and good location, but there are probably better choices in the area for the money

Location was good for work. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Location is dated and showing its age. My room was infested with some sort of small Beatle. There was 10-20 of them all over the two windows and drapes. My room furniture was worn out and the room appeared to have better days. While the restaurant had a good selection of food, none of it tasted all that great.
