It was great.

Okay for a place to stay for a night, but not ideal for a family trip or romantic getaway.

Good location, close to Lake Arrowhead and SkyPark

Property advertises pool, but we were told after the fact that the pool was not accessible. We were also told there was no air conditioning. (Luckily temperature was fine.) Another rather significant issue, pullout bed was covered in stains, and not exactly comfortable for 2 people. Though the room states it sleeps 4.

I enjoyed my stay overall. It was very comfortable and the staff was great. The condo was really nice and clean.

I liked that it was self check in and layout of the condo.

The fact that is says no AC.

Location was great. Room size is great. Full kitchen. Nice patio.

Been here several times before and was always good. This time clubhouse padlocked. Pool closed. Landscape not maintained etc. Rip in carpeting. Screen doors broken. Blinds were damaged. Everything done remotely. Very strange. Hope they get problems resolved.

GREAT JOB NORTH BAY AT LAKE ARROWHEAD

Everything was exceptional quality! Dishes, furniture, beds, all amenities I need it and then some including an ironing board extra linens and the best part was free LAUNDRY FACILITIES just outside your door... Incredibly efficient and oh so nice staff to work with, I will definitely be staying here again!

No pool or spa due to the season...

we enjoyed meeting our friend and weather.

Nobody knows the WIFI password.. no live office and front desk to handle guests needs. Worst mattress ever for Queen bed and sofa bed. Bed side light lamp holder was Brocken safety problem. No activity such as Tenise court /basketball and gym .

Very nice stay, we will return...

We came across a facility maintenance worker that helped us easily locate our unit. He apparently was working on the adjoining unit. However, from the moment we arrived, there was no noise coming from that unit. The entire property was absolutely quiet.

Because of our travels, we were exhausted and slept in, both mornings...it would have been nice to get up early and walk around the beautiful winter wonderland....Perhaps if North Bay at Lake Arrowhead could find a way to give guests' an addition 1-2 hours a day, that would be tremendous....Then again, they would be booked solid, and we couldn't come back...

I really enjoyed it. I came at a time when most amenities weren't open, but still nice.

location is good- just far enough from town to be serene and quiet, yet a 5 minute drive to the village and about 25 to Big Bear. it's very private.

needs more electrical outlets /. usb ports. one of the lamps didn't work. other than that, it was fine.

Unfair check in time!

Love this place! Always feels like home. Very clean and nice!

Check in is at 4pm and the pool and all amenities close at 5pm!!! That is not ok. We stay here often and the bed this time was soooo hard and uncomfortable. We tried to sleep on the couch the second night because our backs were killing us but they were too small to fit. The bed was HUGE, looked great and was clean but just too hard, we got no sleep for the two days.

We did a late check in and the instructions were very clear and the staff was helpful. The location was pretty. The room was well stocked with towels and supplies. They also had dishes and some supplies.

The rooms are comfy but dated.
