Pool was really small

Good location, updated facility
price - I think $200+ (including taxes and fees) for a night at a Holiday Inn is much too expensive,.

Seemed to be the off-season so we swam alone in both the pool and hot tub. The pool is heated and big for one family, let alone open until 11p. The staff was nice and the free breakfast was great. It was close to restaurants and a Smith’s grocery store. It was also very close to Bandelier and White Rock Overlook.
The tv has the “soap opera” setting on so every movie looks like a 3-camera sitcom. But, the rest of the hotel was great.

The room was very spacious, very affordable, I loved all the lights (some hotels have very little lights to turn on in room), had a place to put your keys and purse. Loved the room. It also has a nice continental breakfast.
nothing!

pool was closed, staff was not helpful

Location a is great and it is surrounded by beautiful views. It's a new building so everything is clean and looks new.
Pool was closed for a month now? Feels like they should at least inform us in advance and refund some of the room rate. The only reason I chose Holiday Inn was the amenities as we have kids.

The beds were really comfortable
The staff and management are rude, deceitful and disrespectful. The only redeeming quality was how comfortable the bed was.
I actually really am questioning why I use booking.com actually, since there is real no benefit and they don't really help when you encounter such terrible service.

Nice property, clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Never saw housekeeping, not even in the hallways. We were at the hotel for 4 nights and it would have been nice for housekeeping to come in. I did not notice a sign saying no housekeeping services, if there was one, it wasn’t obvious. Hotels in this area aren’t cheap and I didn’t feel we got the full service of the stay we paid for.

Location is convenient for Los Alamos. Hotel is clean and efficient with friendly staff.
As I'm British, I like to sit in the sun when I see some. I would love a patio area with outside seating. Others like to stay indoors with the aircon, but not me.

The breakfast was very good, with healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our suite was nice and very comfortable.
