This is a place of perfect peace.

I loved the room and the fact that we could open the windows and let in the fresh night air.
Our last night there was a noise that sounded like a sander that went on for 2 hours as late as 10:30. it made it hard to fall asleep.

Reasonable price compared to other accommodations in the area. The host, Matt, was accommodating, providing a hair dryer & heater upon request.
More our fault than the property's as I may not have read the description closely enough, but was surprised that it was more of an in-home B&B than a hotel/motel. Not a fan of renting a room in somebody's home. Property specific, had a difficult time getting rid of the moths flying around in room & there seemed to be a lingering odor in bathroom due to lack of ventilation.

The Inn was in a wonderful location. We were able to get around town with ease. The self serve breakfast was very good, with a lot to choose from. Our host was very accessible to our needs. There's a golf course about 1 mile, very convenient.
Just wished the weather was a little bit more pleasant.

The porch in the morning and evening was wonderful. Matt was very nice and helpful. It is a very quiet area. I will definitely stay there next time.

Nicely decorated rooms and interior. Beautiful large property. Our room had a balcony that we could enjoy. Very quiet, we could sit and listen to the wind in the trees. Breakfast items were good and included protein. You can also cook a meal using the small stove in the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer on site for your use. Management lives on site, so if you need anything, just knock on the kitchen door. We had a very pleasant stay, and would book this inn again.
Everything was as described. Nothing to dislike.

Our stay here was wonderful! Great location, amenities, and well priced. The owner Matt was very helpful and made sure our needs were met. Highly recommend!

Comfortable room in a pretty setting. Good breakfast with several extras you don't always get i.e. fresh blueberries, brand name teas. Friendly owner who lived on site
Location was slightly out of town - you could not walk to anything. Shower was located in the bedroom with just a shower curtain seperating it from the rest of the room (felt a little odd but otherwize was fine)

The property was well kept, clean and minutes from the downtown area. The staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived close to 9:30 p.m., due to getting held up in Durango, CO but Matt came right to the door and couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. They'd had a cancellation, so he even upgraded us to their Tree House Suite, an enormous 2nd story room with a balcony and giant walk-in closet bigger than many studios. Their breakfast bar is very guest friendly, you make your own whenever you want from the fresh coffee (made every morning at 7 a.m.) toast, hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurts, juice, oatmeal assortment, cereals, and fresh fruits. There are 3 common areas you can hang out at, including a library and billiard table room.
The only thing I didn't like was that the Booking.com site has no listing for the property's phone number. That has nothing to do with the owners, it's the website's omission. I had to message Matt and fortunately, he got my message and knew we'd be arriving late.
