Location
It is our 3d stay in this hotel… and we arrived at midnight.. it turned out the hotel system didn’t work. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly and it looked like we were begging her the room which was booked and paid prior … it took ONE HOUR.. and there was no room-pretty aggressive communication with that lady… despite the email we showed as the confirmation..

The staff are not so friendly. They need more training to be more nice and accommodating to guests.

The breakfast.
The room was filthy. For a Hilton brand, Homewood Suites is usually my go to place to stay and I've been to six wthin the last year and each one is progessively worse. One that I stayed in Denver had bed bugs! But this location is the worst that I've been to. The carpet is stained, the room was filthy crumbs all over the floor. We ripped the room apart and spent 3 hours of our afternoon (my 70+ year old mother, my teen daughter and I) cleaning the room. There were food crumbs in the sofa bed, and under the mattress. That I could maybe see with, but the microwave was filthy, with food splashes all in side. When we checked the dishes, in the cupboard they were wet, with water all in the drawers - we rewashed those along with the utensils. Now, the question one might ask is "Did we reach out to the hotel?" Yes. My colleague who was staying in another room called Hilton customer service as we were considering going someplace else. She was also in a room that was filthy. But by the time she had gotten through, we were finished cleaning so yes that's 3 hours trying to get some answers as to how there were going to relocate us. I knew something was off because as we were walking to our room there were crumbs along the hallway and in front of our room door. When we spoke with housekeeping (from manager to supervisor to the cleaner), they offered to clean, but because they took so long to comeback, we did it ourselves (we were tired having been flying in since 4am). They provided us with lysol which was some help. But my point is the name
Hilton is just a name with no standard behind it. Such a shame! I just came from visiting at a non Hilton hotel and they were top notch service and very clean. This is a locally owned and run hotel. So for now. I will not be staying at Homewood Suites anymore! I will be trying others.

The valet parking attendants and registration professionals at the front desk and Ms. Lisa in the breakfast area were phenomenal.
Requested an accessible room in advance to best accommodate my 89-year-old mother, but upon arrival, we were told that our room type didn’t have any available ADA accommodations available.

The staff was wonderful. Margaret at the breakfast service was amazing.
The housekeeper who cleaned the room before our arrival did not change the bed sheets. There were stains. Of course the night manager and staff corrected the situation right away. We appreciate them for taking care of the problem.

they did have a decent breakfast. minus the sausage, was very hard!
the never mentioned there was a 250$ extra charge upon almost laying over 200$ for the room in itself! there’s no where to park so you have to use their 42$ valet parking! the rooms were not cleaned very well and there where no sheets provided for the sofa bed that was in the room.
