It was very clean, friendly service, delicious breakfast and great hot tub. Everything was perfect!

Location to the Plaza, morning staff were so friendly at front desk and for breakfast, bed and linens very comfy, fireplaces with the pinion wood burning added to the charm as well as the Christmas decorations. We will certainly return in the future.
Room temperature was 75 degrees and it didn't appear thermostat worked. Even with it turned off the room was hot. We had to leave bathroom window open to keep the room cool enough to sleep. GFI outlet in bathroom would not hold anything plugged in. We had dinner in restaurant first night and the food was excellent but the waiter was often no where to be found. We waited for menus, we waited for him to take our order (bartender ended up taking our order) waited for our check which I ended up having to ask bartender for as well.

Great location and breakfast was wonderful
Tight parking lot, but is what is. Little dated, but still very nice.

The location was excellent - not too close to the hustle and bustle but easy enough to walk - if you were crafty, it toook just 8 mins to arrive in the central plaza (just walk thro' the carparks!). The patio for breakfast was pretty and peaceful; our room was spacious and comfortable; the little laundry room was a boon; the parking was easy to manage and the members of staff on the front desk were very helpful and obliging.
Only one thing. In the evenings the bar was not very lively; perhaps because it needed to close early or because full dinner was not served. I felt more could have been made of this really very pleasant 'destination'; a little more flexibility and promotion - not just in-house, but to outside visitors as well.

The breakfast was very nice. The location is excellent for staying near The Plaza in Santa Fe. The parking was very convenient.
The hotel has a Bar / Restaurant on site which has great drinks, good service and affordable food.
There is also a van that will pick up and drop off guests to local restaurants and attractions. We did not use it but it is a nice feature.
The room was nice but not fancy. We requested the first floor and it was a little noisy in the parking lot at night.

Very clean and unique property, great location as well. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Came here with my kids and they loved it.

We loved the staff. Everyone was so cheerful, kind and helpful. We received excellent advice on where to go.
Housekeeping could be better. They failed to notice when we needed things. I had to ask for more shower soap. When I ran out of shampoo and conditioner, I started using what I had brought. On our last day we resorted to using the extra box of tissues as toilet paper. They really need to canvas the supplies everyday and leave a full supply. We should not have to ask for things.

It’s showing some signs of age on the exterior of the property.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the plaza and restaurants and shopping. The grounds are very beautiful. Outdoor seating for breakfast. Hot tub.
The room was small for two people. There really was not much room for suitcases, etc. The bathroom was very small.
The decor felt a little outdated.
Felt a little uncomfortable sharing serving utensils for the buffet breakfast. Ended up going out for breakfast even though breakfast was included.

We couldn’t get into The Shed for a Mexican meal so we ate at the hotel restaurant. The enchiladas couldn’t have been any better at the Shed! The breakfast was fantastic! Everything was warm and fresh. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I loved the size of the room, the ambiance of it, and felt very at home here. The breakfast was delicious as we sat in our rocking chairs in front of the fireplace. I would have loved a few more days here and look forward to coming back and staying again!
I can't think of anything negative about this place!

The location to downtown and activities, the bathroom skylight, Abe our driver, tour guide and fellow sports enthusiast, the breakfast buffet. The property is gorgeous and definitely exuded that Sante Fe feel.
