Very friendly and accommodating owners.
Not that I was dissatisfied, just concerned. Bath tub is very slippery. My suggestion was to install a grab bar or some kind of non-slip tread in bottom of tub.

location is fantastic and you can’t beat it in Bardstown. it is a quick easy walk in to town. also, king bed was an option. nice fridge with freezer.
it could use a few updates. it a a bit worn. it is consistent with lodging options in bardstown.

Very clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their work.

The room was surprisingly super nice, big, and clean. The room itself makes this a great value.
The personnel seemed very new to the hotel industry. They took a long time to check us in and didn’t explain anything to us. The most bizarre was on both occasions grabbing coffee from the lobby in the morning, the receptionist was half asleep in her pajamas, slippers, and bed head.

It is a 2 star for sure but I will say it was very clean and smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The heater was a bit of a challenge but we managed. Cost per night was great.

great location. room was very clean recently updated new flooring and remodeled bathroom. beds were comfortable.
you could see around the door to our room. needs some weather stripping. however our room stayed warm. there wasn’t a coffee pot on the room but they had coffee in the office.

Older motel that has been remodeled. Our room was fresh & clean. Great location with about a five block walk to downtown restaurants, bars, & shops. New owners are doing a great remodeling job. We would definitely stay again. Nice no frills motel with clean rooms & the best location in town.
No morning coffee.

The staff was awesome and very helpful, and the jacuzzi tub was great!
The room was a little pricey for it being a bit outdated, but overall the experience was great.

This hotel is in a great location. Just a couple minutes drive to downtown, historical sites to visit and plenty of places to eat. They have renovated the rooms-ours was much larger than our last stay, the old carpet is gone. Excellent wifi. Very nice people operating the hotel. It is not a fancy hotel at all, but our room was very clean and comfortable.
