Good location, clean
Breakfast was empty and minimal. They did refill it when asked.
7.0
The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly The rooms seemed standard but they were clean.
A family had arranged a child's birthday pool party so we had to wait to use the pool/hot tub. Children were eating birthday cupcakes while in the hot tub. A sign says no food or drink but may have just been an esthetic consideration. Our room seemed a little over heated. We also had to walk through chemicals in a hallway as hotel staff was spraying the carpet.

Central location . Nice ,peaceful neighbourhood
Terrible coffee, no Decaf. Breakfast as all plastic and paper plates. Limited choices of just a sausage sandwich . Awkward seating in lobby felt rushed

Stuff were very friendly and helpful
Have more options for people with food allergies. Have access to a microwave or have one in room. Location was bit noisy and beds were uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
7.0
Location was excellent and the staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms are beginning to look a little dated. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the continental breakfast offering. Some sort of fruit or organic alternative would have helped.
6.0
The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants.
When we entered our room my wife had to pick up a candy that had stuck to the carpet. Don’t expect much more than coffee for breakfast unless you’re lucky. The “breakfast” room is quite small. No tables and one microwave. If you happen to hit it like we did you’ll find yourself behind two families with three or four children each trying to navigate the small quarters. I escaped with two packages of hard boiled eggs. There is a restaurant across the street which was open for breakfast, we didn’t try it, we just wanted to get away. We had no problems with the elevators but some people we shared a ride with said that the previous day they had to walk up to the 6th floor twice. I can’t confirm that.

The bed was hard.
The woodpecker outside my window drilling on metal was not a fun alarm.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was some white residue on the carpet, like maybe someone dropped a powdered donut. I think housekeeping could've tried harder to remove it. Everything else looked very clean.

location
small pool when conjoining door is closed made it very hard to enjoy the pool.
breakfast was beyond basic
8 pillows on the bed very annoying
small tv for a room with two beds.
