A convenient, comfortable, spacious, tidy motel with a fair price on a weekday for the room. The only slightly dated room was roomy with a small balcony, a sweetly comfortable queen-sized bed, thick curtains that actually blocked the bright lights outside, plenty of plugs (& lamps) for charging various devices, a swivelly office chair & desk, a great blast of a shower & bowed shower curtain (one of man's best recent inventions), a closet with actual hangers, a TV & remote that functioned properly, hidden fridge & microwave, & convenient coffee pot that isn't a wasteful Kuerig. The brekky was ample, with real choices like fresh scrambly eggs, sausages of unknown meat provenance, toast, bagels, biscuits w/gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal with craisins, raisins, almonds & walnuts, fresh apples & oranges, tea choices, coffee & multiple juices, and large windows for a sunny view. The staff were friendly & efficient. The parking ample & safe-feeling. We arrived on a touring motorbike & were able to slot it into a specific space right near the main entrance under lights. The place is convenient to all sorts of shops & restaurants, just north of Wenatchee's downtown business district, including two nice brewpubs a mere .7 pleasant miles south along the green & winding Columbia River walk. We'd return in a flash.
What's to complain about except Booking.com's tendency towards placing negative reviews first with hotel/motel's customer reviews?

The value for the nightly rate simply couldn't be beaten.
I wish the lounge was still operating at night, but that is a very minor thing.

ripples in the hallway carpet is a little dangerous. you have to watch your step in a lot of places

Excellent location. Great value for the money. Older facility but well kept.
I had to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue, these things happen, the staff was more than accommodating.

Loved the oversized rooms, lots of space in the bathroom, quiet and big hotel.
Breakfast was not worth $7.95, over cooked sausage, eggs, hash browns. Typical buffet breakfast like other hotels. Bring back the restaurant, it is more inviting to stay at this location.

The property is older and in need of renovation in both the public areas and the rooms.

location was the only positive thing for us.
nothing is updated in the hotel. it felt like a blast from the past. walking down the hallways to our room, and the smell of such an old outdated building gave us an uneasy feeling about the stay.

Very friendly stuff, good breakfast, soft bed, nice interior
Our room is not well cleaned. There was hair on the floor, a scrunchie and a hairpin.

I enjoyed hottubing in the snow and being minutes away from Leavenworth.
The price was a bit high for an old hotel by the tracks and breakfast should have been complimentary.
