Okay room with great location

The location was great!

The rooms were older and there were several things that didn’t work in the bathrooms. I had to scrub the tub before using it for my grandson and they didn’t drain well.

Carpets need clean and/or replaced. 1 bedroom doesn’t have much of a living room at all, and the only window is in the bedroom and is far from room darkening. There was a odd odor.

Really like the unit we was in and had plenty of room For the family and had everything we needed other than a working fire alarm

Smoke alarms kept going off for no reason and maintenance would not come and check it. Really spoiled the stay

Would stay again for the price, and I am better prepared to deal with the timeshare people.

The facility was clean. Private entrance was nice. Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked with utensils. It was nice to have an ice machine on the grounds.

I was never told while booking this is a time share. I was not expecting to have to sit and listen to someone try and sell me stuff. The only reason I was in town was for a family death. I was in no shape or mood to be forced to listen to someone try to sell me what I do not want. The outdoor play area is a joke. The description said an area to play football, and a basketball court. The area is actually have a court, and in bad shape. The "football" area was a board with holes in it in the corner of the basketball court.

I would come back but the bathroom needed more attention. Bed was very comfortable.

The grout around the bathtub needed to be redone. Dirt around the grout and bathtub. The couch was too low to get up for mid-sixties and mid eighty people. It needs a new couch. Otherwise, I have no negatives. Have stayed in these condos for years. The corners in the bathroom weren't clean.

Really nice stay for the price!

Nice size condo with a furnished kitchen. Was close but away from the busyness. Elevators and luggage carts available.

Carpet was stained and worn and TVs were small if I am being picky.

Good spot for the price.

Loved the playground and indoor swimming options for my toddler. However, the pool was pretty cold so we didn’t last long. Location was about 3-4 minutes from the strip. Had everything we needed and bed was clean and comfortable.

“Concierge” tries to sign you up for a timeshare tour, despite being told no thank you four times. TVs are older and grainy. Very limited pots/pans. We never were able to connect to the resort wifi, despite daily attempts on different devices.

Bad Business from Booking.com

Area was nice next to everything. Nice staff, with security on duty. House keeping on duty when needed. The room that family stayed in was 502A.

I didn't not get the pithouse that I payed for. Room was very small for my handicap wife. Payed for walk-in shower, whirlpool, balcony, and hot tub. All was ordered by Booking.com. The pithouse that I payed for was not the pithouse that my family was put inside of. Grand Crown resort manager on duty at the time could not help my family feel comfortable. My vacation was ruined.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our unit felt like home. They had many activities on site for guests.

Our first unit had a leak from another unit but the staff was able to get us moved to another unit. Also we were asked to go do a timeshare presentation, at time time we said sure but that staff was horrible and started yelling at us for not joining.
