We were close to all the attractions. They had a good breakfast Not just waffles. Our room was very clean.

Location
Dust in room. Toilets were filthy and the beds were very uncomfortable. The pool was so cold my daughter wouldn’t get in and it was 97 degrees outside.

We liked our stay very much so!
Thank you, for the convenience of the location! It was nice to have a routine that is consistent and reliable. Our three night stay was comfortable and helped made our family vacation run smoothly. Knowing what to expect having a clean and welcoming place to stay really does matter!
My preteen son was trying to find a cartoon or movie, well on the guide the XXX stuff with titles was listed. It was an awkward moment and not a family friendly experience.
I would like to manage TV options. Family Friendly only/ block unwanted content even on the Guide/Menu.
It would be nice to have an option for families who choose to only allow regular content. Just an idea? Or even offer a TV package that can be pre selected at the time of reservation or check in. We got lucky and found an Indiana Jones Movie playing one night.

Room had pile of dirt in the floor when we arrived and a dirty towel on floor. I asked front to clean it. Offered to switch rooms but preferred we stay after already unpacking. Floors were filthy. We couldn’t walk around barefoot without them black.

The staff was over the top super nice and helpful.
The air conditioner wasn’t the best except at night but weren’t in the room much during the day anyway.

All around nice place. We did not make it down to the breakfast room to try the breakfast so I have no idea how that was.
Nothing to report on this

The property itself was easy to find & in a great location near everything. Rooms were easily accessible.
I really have no complaints, a very basic room that was just fine for our spontaneous night to Branson.

The lack of quietness at night as they allow pets

Breakfast was great and staff were super nice! The bed sheets were clean and soft, they were not the stiff hotel sheets.
The room we got was nothing like the picture. It was old!! The room had a funny smell too. The bed was half off the base, the table literally had a broken leg. It looked like a hotel from a late 70's detective show with all the details down the phone! My 6yr. Old picked up the phone and said FBI! Open up.... 😒. Very disappointed to spend $170 when the Motel 8 by Andy Willliams was a VERY clean basic hotel room which was $77 a night.

Pool area is amazing!
Needs munchie vending machines to accompany the drinks 🙂

we liked the employees and the location
I thought the rooms would be updated but seemed old and a little smelly. The shower water changed temps quickly and the pics of the rooms online didn’t look anything like the rooms in person

I thought the accommodations were nice and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. The lady who checked us in was very cordial. The breakfast staff very nice as well and kept food flowing well as there was a large amount of people getting breakfast.
In my dads room...a slight smell of stale cigarettes. Not really their fault but maybe some type of freshener that could help with that

the staff was very friendly
the rooms need work, Wallpaper peeling of walls, beds are not comfortable, overall old and dirty

location
My “condo” was not renovated like the rest of the property, and it smelled like cigarette smoke.
