I liked the location because I can see the ocean from the windows and just outside the door there is the walkway around the beach.

1. There was no phone to contact the reception of the hotel. 2. The walls from the top have humidity and probably fungus. 3. The electric stove was not working and always showing an error message. 4. There was no kitchen wear or Catherine or any of the items stated it. Was there? The kitchen was empty. 5. The blinds were very old and not functioning properly.

room faces the beach and water.

very noisy as people walk by and room was not clean. sink didn’t drain. Asked for a refund of late checkout fee due to us leaving at normal checkout and was told no and grab a towel from store instead.

The bed was comfortable

The check in was a nightmare! The office is not on site it's in a different location and was hard to find. It took 2 hours to check in because they seem to have bit off more than they can chew. The room smells like must. There are no cups or glasses and if you want any you need to sign a waiver for a whole set. I don't believe there is a ocean view. Our entrance was in a dark ally.....very sketchy

We really liked the location and the staff.

The room was badl. UNABLE to open and close the door every time. My back hurts after using it. The room is moist, just wet. The floors was very dirty and oily. The whole room smelled really bad as well as refrigerator. The shower was not functional , the water did not go away for 20 mins and ran down to the bedroom. But the Staff was really nice and changed the room for us next day. Thank you.

I didn't like it at all

The picture above is nothing close to what I saw,that building is super old,I booked a month early a double studio delux with balcony and ocean front,but I didn't get that, Sadly they said they don't have it, so disappointing ,and 1st they gave me a room which was very old building,and then they changed it to one in the back with no balcony ,and smalker then what i paid for with no furniture ,it was not delux studio, Not happy at all

Slow and rude reception staff

The fact it was beach front.

Reception staff were shockingly slow and rude. Rubbish service overall. And still haven't recieved my deposit money back either and it's been a month !

Good experience.

I liked the location it was close by everything, that I could walk to. Good restaurants and live shows. The location is 12 min of the Hard Rock Casino. I loved that your are basically at the beach.

First of all be sure your room is ocean view or something like that because when I checked in they gave me a room that it was facing a wall in a alley. I did not expect that and I asked to change because I paid for a room that mentioned ocean view.

Quiet comfortable night that was close to the beach

Liked how easy it way to get to the rooms and parking.

There was two door knobs that made it harder to open the door. The deposit isn’t returned in a timely manner.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reviews but I loved everything. Can’t beat the location and the view. Bed and bedding were very very comfortable and brand new…that’s so important to get a great nights sleep

Everything was good. Rooms could be cleaner, it was disgusting under the bed and it had a foul odor which I fixed with Febreeze.

Apt. needs some updates. Water drips by entrance and standing on walkway from air conditioner. Outside area not kept clean.

Great and helpful Staff !

The location is great and first spot was in a laneway with door access directly to our room ….anyone could easily pass and access however staff moved us when we requested.

A little standard and more of a motel still :… therefore a little pricey given that aspect.

Great overall stay. Good customer service. Would stay here again if I make it back out here!

Great customer service. The staff member who checked me in upgraded my room because it was a short stay and they had one available. It made my trip go from good to awesome!

The remote for the TV didn't work. I think it may have been for a different TV. But that wasn't a big deal. Floor was a bit gritty because of sand but I'm not sure that can ever be fully taken care of in an ocean front room!.
