Disappointed the rooftop pool was completely closed

Great location

Booked this hotel as I have stayed here before. Location is perfect and great rooftop pool. However the pool was closed for renovations all week. Nowhere on booking page was this mentioned. So the $40 a day resort fee and no resort amenities. I thought this was a rip off for this stay!

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada. Muy completa y limpia. En cuanto a las comidades estaba bien solo que con dos niños de 7 y 9 años es muy incómodo el sofá cama. Elegiría un Depto con dos habitaciones. Pocos días safa pero una semana es agotador

It’s a lovely stay, with the beach less than 2min walk away, in a very comfy room

Location is excellent, Valet had some problems but was up to standard, and the room was bigger than expected

I found hair on my pillows, which shouldn’t happen, but should be taken care of and inspected before a guest arrival I lost my passport, it was disappointing to know the staff does not have a form that I can fill in to contact me if they found the passport. I did the same with the airport and car rental, they let me quickly fill out a form, in case they found it to contact me, even the 7 Eleven where I refuelled the car took down my details, in case they found it.

NEVER AGAIN!

This was the worst stay I have ever had. Poor communication. Unsafe. The DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. The property manager would not communicate to address the issue.

The washer and dryer combo in the unit was terrible It took hours to wash and dry Could’ve used more towels, didn’t have enough for the 4 of us Host never responded when I messaged or tried to get in touch We got to property 2 hours early and it was available but would’ve had to spend an extra $200 or more to get in early

Location was good, our apartment was nice.

I did not like the slow check in experience and the late completion of cleaning service not having or room ready on time.

the property is right on the boardwalk and in walking distance to everything.

The hotel staff was not very friendly and did not seem to want to help us with questions. Our host however was very receptive and answered all our questions promptly.

Nice

We spent 10 days at the resort in January and booked thru the resort itself. Definitely a difference. This time, our room was somewhat secluded, which was nice because of spring break.

I don't understand the no coffee in the room, or extra garbage bags. The resort also needs to have vending machines

love everything here! apt was beautiful & comfortable & so quiet!! I love silent doors so no one gets woken up. having a washer/dryer & dishwasher was the best! the pool is fabulous & the bar/restaurant is awesome

having to keep going up & down to get across to our bldg. I kept getting lost

I go back again

I like the location. The amenities and staff was very accommodating. The pool and bar area on the roof top was amazinging too. Within walking to the boardwalk, which had tons of shops, bars, places to eat. The vallet and doormen are super helpful as well.

We had a broken hair dryer and a missing tv remote. I wish just normal supplies woulda been included like extra tp and garbage bags. But it was still and amazing stay....I'd go back.

The owner is a fraud. Should have a contact number but doesn’t. The pictures were not what we got.

NOTHING. SHOULD HAVE just gotten a hotel room. The owner of this room lied to us. not only was he hard to get ahold of but the pictures were nothing like the hotel room he gave us. He is a foreigner and it’s pretty much a scam. we wanted a suite with two rooms like the picture and got a hotel room with one bed. Also all other charges he failed to state. BEWARE this is pretty much an airbnb with lies.

everything. The owner of this “room” lied to us about this place being a suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. It was a hotel room. This person that owns it is a foreigner that you can’t get ahold of. And when calling the desk, no one answers. we had one face cloth and again was lied to. The pictures on line are nothing like what we walked into. This is a scam. Be AWARE. $40 a night to park and so many more fees.

I’d rather stay in a hotel next time for all the reasons I listed above about my recent unpleasant experience

proximity to the broad walk and to the beach

I would not recommend to anyone to stay at Global Rent Apartments in Hollywood, FL because communication with the unit owner did not resolve my concerns and I was charged so much extra not only upon my check-in but even more upon when checkout. I booked with an ocean/sea view and had a view of a parking lot. The website description clearly had an ocean view and it didn’t meet my expectations. They will charge you a 160 $ cleaning fee and no single time there will be a cleaning service provided. Moreover, I had o change my linens myself, on my vacation. Where do all those extra 30$ resort fees per night and 15$ service charge per stay go, huh? Spent almost 3000$ for a week in Global Rent Apartments in Hollywood, FL should have booked at a hotel instead for the same amount of $. They also charged almost 600$ when I checked out without my authorization and any further detailed invoice what was the charge. Beware of all those hidden fees and charges. Now I have to call my bank and deal with all the unauthorized charges.

The owner of the apartment allows us to stay until 5 PM (late check out) our last day without charging any penny. That was very nice.

The bed was very comfortable

They didn't ask for a deposit but charged me 221.00 at check in for amenities then after we checked out another 82.00$ for who knows what? I spent a total of $1100 for 3 nights and had a small room with a courtyard balcony!! Not happy!!!
