Cozy, staff were comforting, far enough from the strip, where there was peace and quiet. Yet, you were blocks from other sources of entertainment.
It was a double edge sword, you wanted peace and quiet and also a night life to enjoy. I’m one that doesn’t like to get around by car, so I did a lot of walking. I wish there were more of the electric bike access or scooters people can use to get around town. Maybe a guide that pointed out more local restaurants and bars to visit locally. There were quite a few located blocks away, but I just did not know where to go.

Loved the location and the courtyard! Very cute house!
The bed is very uncomfortable and loud. The rooms are small but no one comes to New Orleans to stay in their room anyway so pack lightly and keep your stuff organized and you'll be fine.

Lovely living room for entertaining guests, super-nice mattress and bedding, nice bathtub with handheld attachment. (Also shower in the other bath, which I didn't use.) Perfect location for me because a relative lives a few blocks away. Also, I could easily walk 15-20 minutes to the French Quarter. There's a small grocery nearby, Mardi Gras Zone, which is convenient. Also fun coffeehouse nearby and good restaurants.
The TV remote control had a nonfunctional arrow key. I discovered this on a Saturday night and called the number I was given to report issues like that. I was told that nonemergency issues could not be dealt with on the weekend. I was also told that housekeeping would come over with a universal remote the next day. That didn't happen. So when my relatives were over and wanted to watch a movie on a streaming service, we couldn't. The only channels that came in were through a digital antenna mounted on the wall. I could see that the TV was a smart TV, but I couldn't use the arrow keys to click on the place where I would have entered my Amazon or Netflix logon. Frustrating. I reported this again after returning home, was told, "sorry, I forgot about it (the universal remote)," and NOT offered even a small refund. I would stay at this hotel again, but I'll check EVERYTHING as soon as I arrive next time.

Felt safe and liked the quiet neighbourhood. The restaurant below had excellent food.
A little cleaner would have been nice and getting extra towels a little quicker.

The Location was nice. The toilet stopped flushing the second day but they did come out and fix it
The bathroom smelled of mold. Top sheet was dirty had to call and have them change sheets. Refrigerator was rusty on the outside. If they would put money into the place it could be a nice place to stay. Won't stay there again

The restaurant and the surrounding vicinity
I prefer to see a customer service agent there. It was quite robotic- never saw anyone in the lobby

Great location if you are looking for a calmer area of NOLA but still close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen street.
The Marigny neighborhood is clean and full of lovely houses. Nearby is also a great coffee shop (the Orange couch) that you can hit on your way to the city center.
The room was nice, small but we did not need anything big as we spent only the nights there.
The bed must have been the same age as the building. It squeaked terribly and the mattress was not very comfortable either.
The building also has very thin walls so you hear people in other rooms.

Location was excellent.
Never met any staff, Coffee machine on the landing, coffee pods available but no cups or water to fill machine.

Location was perfect.
It was close to everything yet perfectly situated away from all the noise of French Quarter. The decor was beautiful.
The building is old , so you can hear other guests opening door, walking on the hardwood floors, and noise from neighboring rooms.

Key codes on doors as didn't need to carry a key with us
Place was filthy. They changed the delux room to another so given a cot which was stuffed in a cupboard and no sheet covering it or pillows.

Incredible location and everything we needed at a good price. The room was on the smaller side but we were out and about most of the time so that was completely fine. The room and facilities were very clean and the door codes were so much more convenient than keys. Highly effective AC as well.
The bed was extremely creaky, and sound seemed to travel within the building (easy to hear people coming in the building, talking in the halls, etc.). Not a big deal for us but if you’re a delicate sleeper I’d consider earplugs.

Quiet street, within a mile of the main attractions. Love the ease of check in.

Great view and quiet. Cozy old building. Very safe and clean.
Ceiling fans and bed frame need dusting.

Despite it being called a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast. The room was cute and comfortable and we could NOT hear neighbors talking, so the insulation must be good within the walls. Yay!! The only problem was easily fixed... Our door rattled every time someone would open the door downstairs. I went to the common area, got one of the large maps of the city from a table, folded it a few times and put it between our door and the door frame. Problem fixed!! We really enjoyed our stay and walked in the neighborhood several times, never feeling unsafe.
