Nice might night stay again when booking

It was a wonderful place Christmas year round and staff was very pleasant and the location to everything was nice

The room we had was 112 and the hallway always had a smell which the second night made us really sick to are stomachs I think it was from maybe the morning breakfast but it just wouldn’t go away and we never on are two nights got the room straightened up we did it so much for getting away from chores and not getting to use the new lazy river

First time staying here and it was awesome we love Christmas and are definitely in the Christmas spirit now

The location and the 24/7 pool and cookies and included breakfast was awesome

The pillows were flat as pancakes and the price could have been a little cheaper as we got a double room but only needed one bed

I would take my family back there in a heartbeat. My son got to meet Santa, and then later, on that day, he sang songs,

this was a Christmas themed hotel that truly delivered. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable.

Location close to everything. The hotel is okay I guess nothing extraordinary and it is kind of old, they are in need of upgrades. I liked the Christmas decorations though. Hotel staff are very friendly.

The room carpet was disgusting and had a strange odor and it seems they never clean the carpet floor. They need to do a better job with the cleanliness and use a vacuum and clean/disinfect the carpet floor. The hotel for what it is, is way overpriced, I was expecting a room in a better shape.

We were rushed through the breakfast, staff didn't seem to like their job. Expected it to be more Christmas decor than what it was. Overpriced for what we felt like the experience should've been. Most likely won't stay again.

Wonderful place. The Christmas Inn is truly a “happy” place.

We always love the decor, but the changes that have been made are exceptional, especially the display in honor of veterans and those in service. The Christmas Place highlights Santa, but also does a wonderful job of emphasizing the true reason we celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus. Also impressive are the two scavenger hunts that you can do. Our granddaughter has been there several times, and has always loved this activity. Christmas Place has done a good job in reworking the scavenger hunts, and the prizes are so much better than they have been in the past. All three were hits with our 10 year old granddaughter.

The mattress was so soft that it was uncomfortable.

I can’t say enough about this Hotel, it’s great. the staff are super friendly, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast and at night hot cider and milk and cookies. we had a Christmas tree in our room. it’s just like you stepped into a hallmark movie. Even Santa is here 🎄

Incredible!! It was like a dream land or something for my Uncle and I.

It was amazing, absolutely beautiful and so wonderful. My uncle and I absolutely loved it!!

Nothing, everything was wonderful. just needed some more lights on the trees for an even better Christmas feel.

Magic meets phenomenal

Absolutely magical! This by far was the best hotel we have stayed at! Every detail so carefully planned to perfection. From the warm cookies and hot apple cider, to the amazing breakfast and comfortable heavenly beds. Christmas magic all year! We will be back and highly recommend! 10/10

the overall experience was wonderful from the time we checked in until the time we had to leave. The room was comfortable and breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable after a long day out

I didn't find anything that would have changed my mind about our stay and we look forward to returning.

1 day is not long enough, if we come back with grandkids, we are going to stay for at least 2 days!

The indoor and outdoor pools, the breakfast was awesome ! We plan on going back, but my wife wants to take the grandkids!
