All in all, it was MUCH MUCH better than RED ROOF INN!!! Property was much cleaner and felt safer.

the breakfast would have been good, except i dont eat my first meal of the day until closer to noon

There was some wall edging that was coming loose. The corner of the shower stall by the door was dirty. didn't like not having a lamp or light fixture of some sort closer to the bed where you could turn it off from the bed.

Overall we had a nice stay for 2.5 weeks. Not much to complain about.

The staff was always nice and helpful, the breakfast was good and place was clean. My mother is 77 and I have back problems so we didn't like going up and down the stairs but later we moved to the first floor. Our electricity was out due to the storm on May 28th so we were close to home. We stayed 2.5 weeks. Overall our stay was nice. Oh and the beds were comfortable.

Having to walk up and down the stairs but I understand bc it's just 2 floors. My mom and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and she's 77 and I have back problems so we moved to first floor after a few days. And rude people letting their doors slam closed at 5:30 am every morning but I got up and asked him to stop and he finally did. It wasn't just one time, it was about 7xs between 5:30-6:30am every morning till I said something.

In a pinch, it worked for what was needed.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C was ok.

The TV would turn it's self on and I had to unplug it for it to stay off.

Decent but could be better

Rooms were nice

Didn't have housekeeping for the 4 days we were there till we were checking out. The shower was also broken in the unit and only ran hot water no cold. I also requested a king-size room and got a queen.

they are working with the police… every time I left my room to get in my car I was followed by Richardson police and searched multiple times

the location is very convenient and safe

the roaches, the unbearable odor of cigarettes in the rooms, the pipes leaking black water, the nonfictional air conditioning

Staff was nice but constantly on there phones, probably wouldn't know if you came or went by them.

it wasn’t the worst and not the best, but somewhere in the middle .

The bed was comfortable , the shower had endless hot water, and one street over is a nice walking trail.

the first room I received looked like someone had occupied it prior to my arrival, hair in the sheets, and the first room I was given had a shower current no a shower door. The breakfast was okay but what I don’t understand is why put cereal out if you aren’t also going to provide the milk.

I'll stay again, has fridge, microwave, and working desk. Great value

It was actually more than I expected. Its great for the price.

The traffic noise is constant but I was able to sleep through it. Breakfast area was small with a large man coughing with no manners.

I did not like it pics were misleading

It smelled awful like something has died in there I would love my money back to be completely honest and there was roaches!!! I dont recommend and not worth the price

Do not recommend staying at this location.

The cuties.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the accommodations to all staff that were available. Finally connected with the manager, who stayed she had to have the room "inspected" for bugs/eggs and didn't want to accept the photos I had taken of the pests in my room during my stay. She stated, "if there are bugs, then there are eggs. I'll wait for the inspectors report and reimburse you based in the report. Call back on Tuesday". I phoned Tuesday, she stated no report yet, but should have it Wednesday and she would call with an update. It's now Thursday, no phone call or reimbursement. They also had paint containers next to the kitchenette area due to painting on the premises while occupied with guests.

Maybe a place to just spend the night without expecting much

The bed was nice and the shower.

The bathroom did not have a door, the closet was full with parts of a desk (I couldn't use it), and the fridge was not working. My food got wasted since it was not working. The shade for the window did not have any other cover so I could have sunlight in my room without someone looking inside my room (my room view was the parking lot)

The room had a few holes in the walls and there was construction going on in the hallways

Hotel was ok, but will not be staying at that location again because of the big roaches.

The location was easy to get too.

Had to moved to different rooms because heater did not work. Final room that we were in had big roaches. Reported to the front desk and she did not act concerned with the problem.
