Location was perfect, right off the highway. It is per friendly, though pricey.

The toilet seat was loose, so was the tank handle. There was a strong tobacco smell though it was a non-smoking room.

It won’t be a place recommended or will plan on staying again.

Nothing really since we just had a poor experience all the way around.

So first thing was booking.com book us two rooms that I wasn’t aware of it. I know that didn’t have anything to do with it Hotel but, I called and ask for the cancellation fee to be wave since we never needed it the lady stated no one could do anything at all about it. It was literally 5 min after booking it. She thought I couldn’t hear her and she said I didn’t have time for this then hung up the phone. We finally check in our room there was someone hair all over the toilet seat. Then we was getting ready for bed we noticed that our blanket look like it had spotted of blood on it plus it also thick white stuff on it. Then it also look like there was make up on a pillow case. I went down to the lobby to tell the lady and she act like this was a normal thing that happens there. She literally ask if the sheet look like they been wash 🫤. Also the lady said you can just put the blanket to the side and then she just give us another one. There also have tape on the door of the bathroom that look like it been there for awhile. So I am pretty sure our room wasn’t clean at all before our stay.

Not a hotel I thought Wyndham would have their name associated with.

We didn't eat there. Offering cereal is not exactly what I would call a breakfast.

It was advertised as having an indoor pool. They did not and that was the main reason we booked it. The rooms were ok but the doors didn't want to operate properly.

overall it was nice when we checked in an elderly lady in her 50s was a little rude she could have been more friendly, t

property was nice and well kept

we had asked for a room on the outside where we could unload all our stuff, but the rude lady gave an inside room all the way in the middle so it made it very difficult for bringing our belongings inside and only 2 towels to shower with for 3 people it was a double room

very very disappointed with this hotel not going to recommend anyone to stay there.

I checked in the hotel at 3:30 am 7th of Jan, with my wife and a 13 year old daughter. Talked with the night duty receptionist about the room and deal the room no. 114 on the ground floor $ 76. I was told by him this room is normally charged $ 126 per day, so you came very late and going to leave before 11 am I giving you on this deal. I singed the invoice payed the rent through my credit card. Slept and left hotel at 10 am, later I received a message from my credit card further deduction of $ 50 by the same hotel. at once I talk with the hotel representative on duty and inquired about further deduction of $ 50, and I’m shocked to hear one bed sheet, two towels and toilet floor mat is missing that’s why we charge your card. This is the exact amount being told by the night duty manger of room rent $ 126. So, they are not reliable people to trust them. I’m not recommending to stay in this fraudulent peoples hotel.

The complete truth mention above. They are fraud people and take the money without asking you.

Easy access to the freeway. Close to town. Clean. Friendly employees.

Bed was very firm.Parking was an issue. There were some fixtures in the room that were badly rusted. Bent towel holder to the point the towels didn't want to stay on the rack.

Front desk rude Rooms in terrible disrepair Business card of manager phone number is just the front desk of hotel People smoking weed outside my room all night. Highway just outside was too loud from inside room Rats seen. Trash everywhere Roaches... Toddler in a pack n play at front desk... Employees are distracted and unwilling to perform their basic duties of providing hospitality Door hardware is severely outdated and poses a safety risk
