The location was accessible
The breakfast was sad to look at. The room was in need of major fix up. Their Internet was not up to par the channels only went so far. The picture on the site does not represent the real view.

It was a place to sleep
The staff was extremely rude when we pointed out that on their site it states pet friendly " we're pet friendly but you're still going to pet for them" as we were rudely told but the front desk lady and manager and doesn't mention a pet fee and that they offer breakfast when they clearly do not. They refused to reduce their price of the room that we had originally booked for 2 nights to accommodate that they no longer serve breakfast which was a main point of booking there to begin with.
They were not going to cancel the reservation without a refund , quote " you can cancel but we're still going to charge you"
From the lobby to the room it sank of weed. When my father was having coffee the next morning a cock roach crawled across the table.
This place is absolutely disgusting, not up to date on their website and rude when pointing it out.
We wouldn't of minded paying a pet fee if it was mentioned that there was one when we booked it online, we wouldn't of minded the no breakfast if it was stated online that they didn't offer it. One major reason for booking a hotel/motel when traveling with children is making sure they provide a breakfast when they STATE that they do. Sorry but Coffee is not a suitable breakfast for a 9 and 14yr with autism.

Good price and the staff was polite.. large rooms if the property was just taken care of I would have been very satisfied
I picked this location because it offered breakfast when I booked it and when I arrived there was nothing and that was disappointing and large amounts of trash at the entrances that smell bad and was drawing bugs to it. We are talking about at least 15 bags of garbage in hot Texas Sun

They didn't serve any breakfast.

it had extra security. you couldn’t get past the lobby without a room card.
nice firm bed.
parking lot needs redone.
asked for non smoking, but there was such a big gap under the door that you could smell when someone was smoking next to you. it gave us headaches.
no breakfast, when it says on the website it does.

No breakfast, had to continue to call about trash and towels. Left and came back, still no clean towels and trash still sitting by the door. The halls smelled like marijuana.

Nothing. The pictures online do not represent this place well at all.
The lobby has a protective glass between the guests and the hotel personnel. There was no A/C in the bar area and staircase to access the 2nd floor, no A/C in the second floor hallway, the A/C in the room was not turned on, so it was very hot, the room was barely cleaned, the bed had food or something smeared on the headboard as well as greasy hand prints, the bathtub was stained, the floor felt unstable in many areas, the pillows were small and flat, the whole hotel smelled musty with a hint of stale smoke, and when I told the front desk it was unacceptable I was told I could get a refund through booking.com. This never happened and I was denied a refund. Two Words: Slum Lord

Absolutely nothing, we walked in our rooms and then straight out. We didn’t set down our bags or anything it was absolutely nasty.
Everything! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Our group didn’t even stay here. We walked straight into our rooms then walked out. The beds looked messy, there was blood stains and other types of stains everywhere on the floor, walls, beds and furniture. On one wall there was red lip marks like someone had been kissing the wall. Also not to mention, the pictures on the website make the rooms look super clean and nice and had good reviews. The rooms we walked into looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

Alpesh and his family are fantastic people! They are great with kids and are often accommodating beyond their means. They have a huge heart.
The wifi service is patchy in a few of the rooms.

The free ice.
My flooring was coming up. The toilet was leaking. The doors didn’t open half broke. The smoke detector was just hanging from the Ceiling. Grown people just laying down in the hall way on the floor.

The room was pretty large.
The room was dirty and smelled awful. Not sure what the smell was. The drywall above the shower was falling down.
2.0 / 10.0
The beds were comfortable.
No shower curtain and floors a bit sticky
The worst part was feeling insecure -- loud banging and arguing in hall at 2:30 AM -- "Why you doin' me that way" was being yelled (Yes I reported) -- couple took argument to parking lot just outside our room window. First time I have looked for furniture to bar a hotel door.
