We loved the friendly staff and the location of the property.
We didn’t like that booking.com sold us the wrong room.

I liked everything, nothing to dislike.

Cute place, clean with complete kitchen. You could make cookies there. The facility is old but we stayed in a room that had been updated a little. Had wood floors made all the difference. Customer Service was phenomenal!
Really, it’s an older place, so the only thing I would say is maybe a new bedspread.

The bed was very comfortable. We also loved the fireplace and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic!
The bathroom was a little dirty.

Large one bedroom room with a full kitchen, living room and fireplace. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location in the heart of town, across the street from Tiger Bar and less than a mile from June Mountain resort. Dog friendly and friendly staff.

Friendly front desk staff.
There was a lot of snow and we weren't given any help getting our car out of the parking lot. It was not cleared or salted for guests to enter and exit safely. The room was quite ramshackle and looked as though it needs quite a bit of fixing up. There was a water bubble on the floor next to the shower indicating water intrusion. The toilet is very old and weak. Also our coffee pot broke and we were told there were no extras which we found odd for a hotel.

I like the location and the staff was excellent.
The window in one of the rooms wouldn't close and was howling all night with the high winds that came with the storm. Had to sleep on floor downstair

Our one bedroom unit was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space, a fully functional kitchen that was seriously very well equipped, very comfortable beds, a lovely stand alone fireplace, excellent wifi, convenient parking, quiet environment. We especially appreciated having our dog with us. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend!
Truthfully, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Convenient location, along the main road in town. Breakfast in a restaurant right next door.
Rug appeared dirty. WiFi had poor reception and required finding a channel that worked. Could only watch a movie, and that also paused a bit to catch up to the signal. Thought the sun had warmed the room upon arrival and opened windows to cool off the room. However, floor heater in the bathroom was running and had to fiddle with it three times to get it to turn off, over two hours.

Great location, generally clean room.
Biggest problem: 10:00 check out. We felt rushed in the morning to find a place to eat before checking out. We were also surprised to find a double and single bed. In looking back at the information we received it said « standard room with two beds ». We presumed the beds would be queens since that’s the usual standard, but we accept some responsibility for not following up.
