We really love the location of the hotel. It’s on the end of the hotel strip for the most part so the traffic is a lot less but still close enough to walk to restaurants. Inside of the room is very clean. We love the fireplace. The property is well groomed and very clean. The staff was very nice.

He loved everything about the property however, there is one thing that we were slightly disappointed over that wasn’t a big deal. We look forward to using the bath robes- that was mentioned in their ad, but at the time they were out of them and getting ready to replace them with new ones. We would’ve enjoyed sitting in a robe drinking coffee while looking at the beautiful ocean.

bellissima posizione proprio di fronte al mare, camere spaziose, eleganti, letti comodissimi, davvero stupendi anche gli spazi comuni come la piscina o la sala col camino

non è una critica perchè la mia valutazione è superpositiva, ma se proprio devo trovare un neo diciamo che non vale la pena fare l'upgrade a pagamento per avere la stanza col patio con vista parziale sul mare perchè da sullo spazio in ci sono posteggiate le auto dei clienti e il mare lo si vede da un angolino. Molto meglio accomodarsi sul patio comune che è proprio fronte oceano

The location was amazing. I liked the updated decor and the coffee cart in the morning was delightful (loved the additional option of oatmilk!)

I felt that the walls were thin … I could hear folks in the rooms next to me and felt unsafe when a fight broke out in the hallway. When I called the front desk I was hung up on and looked out my window to see the front desk employee was involved. I then felt more unsafe and just buckled down for the night.

A charming Inn by the sea, with an amazing view.

The ocean view from our patio was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very clean and charming. We really like the shower products provided. Especially the lemon scented body wash.

The water pressure in the showers could be better. We went in January it was cold in the room. Room only offers a small wall heater. However, the front desk gave us a small space heater, which worked very well.

Loved room and patio area. Room not quite as above picture as soda at door so room not quite as spacious but well decorated and bathroom nice and spacious.

Disappointed in this facility. Will stay elsewhere next time we travel to Cambria.

Very clean, great beds, good facilities for handicap showers and bath.

No information on area restaurants or nearby points of interest. Not much in the way of outside seating outside of room. Had only window view of air conditioners from next building. Could not get sufficient Wi-Fi in the room.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived even though we arrived after 4 pm. Staff seemed nonchalant about it but it put us behind for reservations we made.

Great location and staff but nickel and dime for normally free requests.

We received 3 messages after online checkin to see if we wanted to pay $134 to check in early and then 3 more texts after we arrived to pay $134 for a late checkout. Way too much oversell and for those prices we could have paid for another nights stay. … plugging in the coffee pot blew the breaker from every plug in the room and bathroom. Could have coffee while we were there.

Going back to Cambrian, not sure if I’d stay here again. It’s unsettling that they don’t check details.

The miscommunication between staff. Purchased a late check out option. I called to confirm prior, again when I got there and I got a rude message the day of that I needed to go pick up my bags and leave because it was part the 11:00am checkout. They failed to communicate and see that I had paid to check out at 2:30pm. This was not appreciated and made me very upset.

The place was cute but overpriced for the amenities

There was a noise from the fireplace chimney all night long that we told the staff about but was not fixed while we were there. The tub would not hold water to actually use as a tub and the shower head barely gave out any water.

Lovely location on Moonstone Beach

The property is in a lovely location. Jeremy on reception was lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The check in process was very good.

I felt the property was a little overpriced. The room was nice, but I feel it was rather soulless, it needed a few more soft furnishings, cushions, rugs to make it a bit more homely, it was nice and you can tell the hotel have tried, but haven’t got it quite right yet. The view of the carpark for the money I paid, which was over £300 for 1 night was not ideal, I had a view of dogs doing their business through the window. I have stayed in a lot of mid to high end properties and for this to be priced over £300, it needs something extra. Complementary water and maybe a continental breakfast should be included.

The proximity to the ocean was wonderful

I was led to believe the balcony upgrade would have a view, so I paid extra, and when I arrived, I couldn't upgrade to a view unless I did it with booking.com

I loved the location of the property. The room was very large and all updated. It had a fire place and a patio.

The walls were very thin so you can hear people next to you or walking down the hallways. the patio was in the parking lot

Absolutely perfect and the most comfortable I’ve felt in a hotel.

It was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. this place was absolutely gorgeous and so comfy. I loved the fire place and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. I also loved how close it was to the beach and not to mention the heated pool. I would absolutely go back.
