Nothing!
Hotel was not clean. There was cocroach in our room. The room carpet was stained and had a very bad stink, window was broken and worst their fire alarm started blasting in the middle of the night and we had to leave the facility because it was a blackout as well. After that there was no water till morning so we left without even brushing our teeth or shower. Washroom wasnt clean either. When we contact the front desk lady, she said she cant do anything about it. Worst experience ever

We were in room 119 and were out all day Saturday when we returned that evening there were roaches crawling on the walls in the bathroom and on the dresser. When assigned to another room we went to close the blinds and it had VISIBLE IN mold on it!

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and offered on site breakfast
The AC unit in my room would randomly make a loud knocking sound so I didn’t use it much at night

Breakfast was great.
Daytime front desk was awesome.
Nighttime staff not friendly.
3rd floor very very noisy. Crying babies loud voices.
Room not very clean. I found a roach when leaving.
Pool was beautiful but very cold. I couldn’t understand that when it’s been in the high 80-90 range.

Front desk service by Shaun. He fixed TV in room.
Run down, worn out looking. Worst in chain I have ever stayed at.

Staff nice, bed comfy, room was big
Book specifically for pool usage while my husband worked. Pool was not going to open on until Monday following our Saturday stay. Also hair in sink and toilet upon arrival. Light beside bed would not come on (it was unplugged)..carpet very stained and it looked like black mold growing on ceiling over bed!

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean.
Trash was left in the rooms for our complete 3 day stay.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean.
Front person during check in not very friendly. The place looked tired, in need of paint and maintenance. Drains in sink and tub were both very slow. The drain in the tub apparently had been slow long enough that there was actually a water stain on the floor of the tub. A light was out in the room. The floor light wasn't plugged in to an outlet. The provided hair dryer was completely plugged up with lint and whatever else gets into hair dryer vents, gross looking really. Some fixtures in the facility were hanging visibly loose and needed to be remounted.

We paid for queen beds, but they were very small more like a full size bed. I also had to pay more once I tried to check out one day early my daily room rate went up.

The location was great
The bed was old and worn out. Didn’t like finding cockroaches in the bathroom if they’re in the bathroom, they’re in the main room when I talk to maintenance and the person at the front desk about the problem it never got resolved nobody came to the room to spray, then offer a different room, not from that part I was not happy about

Nothing.
The facility doesn’t seem like a good place for rest. The carpet in my room was wet. I think the beg had bugs. The breakfast wasn’t the best either.

Location was good.
Rooms were cleaned but could be done better

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.
Other than didn’t like anything else.
The lock on our door did not work, We had to lift the door up to lock it and had problems getting into the room every time we left. The refrigerator did not work. The TV did not work because a cable was missing. We were trying led maintenance would come the next day to fix all the above, but the next day learned there is no maintenance service on the weekends.

Staff was exceptional in accommodations with suggestions for local places to shop, eat and great hospitality.

The room was extremely clean. I slept comfortably and we had a ground floor room.
There were no luggage carts. I have somewhat limited mobility and asked for an accessible rom but didn't get it. I didn't like that the door at the end of the hallway didn't operate right, the room card wouldn't open it. So it stayed unlocked all night long.

This is one of the worst hotels we've ever seen. We didn't even stay. We were there for 30 minutes, as we quickly discovered the staff are entirely unpleasant, and homophobic. The facility is filthy dirty. The carpeting, bedroom, bed, etc. are filthy. We thought it might be necessary to check the mattress for bugs and found an array of dried bodily fluids. There are homeless people milling about the rear parking lots. We had a strong sense that there is drug activity on the site. The dozen or so people lying around the parking lots, clearly do drugs. We were afraid for our lives, and afraid to leave our car or belongings anywhere. We very quickly booked a Holiday Inn at the next exit to spend the night. Booking.com has yet to refund even a portion of our stay. We are IRATE.
See above.

Great location
Not very clean. My first room had a broken fridge, broken telephone and dirty tub. I requested another room and was given it.

Room was clean
I had to walk thru almost 2 1/2 feet of water to get in my car. Mind you I had on $300 shoes. I had to go to the front desk and ask for trash bags for my shoes, so I could even get in the car. And the staff new it flooded in that area and didn't say anything. Just saying yes we will call someone about that. They could have offered a discount or something when I checked out, but didn't. Will not be staying there again. Couldn't use the wifi the first night. Pullout couch was spotted up and didn't have any linen in the room for it or remote for the living room. I paid to much for two nights for it to be this bad

The rooms was ok for the most part but there were other dislikes.
1. My mother's room 402 ice bucket or pail wasn't clean, when she asked me to get her ice. 2. Someone on that floor had or was using marijuana causing a bad stench throughout the hallway. 3. Lacking of customer service quality upon checking in and communication skills could be more friendly oriented.

The staff was very friendly and professional.
That I couldn't stay longer.

location was good for us.
The whole place smelled of Pot. People left doors open while partying. We talked to front desk and nothing was done about it. There was garbage in the halls outside of people room that sat there for 3 days.

The room was comfortable.
Our entire floor reeked of the smell of marijuana which meant someone was smoking it and it was definitely not a high grade. It was very offensive.
Also, there was no soap or other amenities available in the room. I had to go to the desk to get soap.
