Perfect stay for a short trip.

Location was walking distance to Pike Place market and Wamu theater where we watched a concert. Rooms were excellent - spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable - I slept like a baby!

The gym is a functional fitness gym meaning all they have a dumbbells and kettlebells. It was also very small. Only had a bike a rowing machine for cardio. No treadmill.

El servicio. Tuvimos problema porque a las 5 pm no habían limpiado el cuarto, al solicitar el servicio dijeron que no había ya quien lo hiciera, se nos dijo que debíamos avisar que queríamos que lo limpiaran, que absurda respuesta. Nos parece que el alto precio que pagamos no es para esa respuesta. Les dijimos que entonces nos iríamos y fue cuando el encargado dijo que lo limpiarían. Estuvo listo a las 8 pm. La mala impresión sobre el hotel no nos cambió.

When in Seattle again, we will definitely stay at the Alexa!

The staff was amazing. It was as if we had a whole team of personal concierges. My brother-in-law is disabled and the staff was so patient and caring. Everything and everyone was excellent.

The layout of the room was kind of weird but didn’t really present any problem. We could have used a chair.

The perfect Seattle stay - perfect location, clean, comfortable, amazing staff.

An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Just an FYI that they do allow pets, could be a pro or a con depending on the traveler.

Great location and hotel except for the fireplace issue

I specifically asked for a fireplace room. The photos on your site and the photos on the hotel website show this as a room with a working fireplace. It is literally the only reason I chose this hotel and this room. And when we got there, the fireplace was just filled with candles and we were told that it was impossible to make the fireplace work. Even though the staff was very nice, this particular thing was unacceptable and could not be fixed.

Great location made up for other misses!

If you are going to Lumen field, this location is awesome. The rooms were large and comfortable.

Although the staff was great at check in, the check in software was not - it easily took us 15 minutes to check in. The rooms were a little dark - the interior of the hotel looked like it gets a lot of traffic, so although modern, everything looked a bit worn.

Exceptional

The property is located very conveniently and we were able to walk or ride scooters to every event we had planned for the weekend including a trip to Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle, and a baseball game. The rooms were very well designed and we felt like we had our own apartment in the city. The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating.

There is a coffee shop/restaurant/bar connected to the hotel but it didn’t have consistent hours and seems like a missed opportunity to make the stay even better.

Beautiful hotel but not worth the cost of a suite.

Beautiful views and comfortable bed.

Communication from front desk. We called 3 days prior and were told we would be able to check in a few hours early day of our reservation, just instructed to call morning of. Followed those instructions and was told to call back an hour prior to arrival to ensure housekeeping could have our room ready, did so as well. Showed up to our room not being ready (they never called us when they said they would when it was ready). No valet was available because their lot was too full (they told us it was due to employees currently on the clock) although we were still charged the $50 a day for parking.

Amazing rooms, in the heart of Seattle, with easy, foot walk access to bars, restaurants, shopping and more. We really enjoyed being able to just walk down to the waterfront or up to Pike Place Market in the morning.
