We slept ok and the location is what we needed.

It was an okay stay with minimal problems.

The lobby was decorated nicely, I like that they offer free breakfast and free wifi, they have a loyalty program and it is close to some plazas and CMAC.

The alarm clock was not operational in the room and the bathroom had tooth paste all over the wall and the back of the door. Over priced. $230 is too high of a price for the quality.

They ran out of breakfast foods and supplies. The facility needs updating and old leftovers were in the refrigerator in our room.

Nice place to stay with kids

Good location, reasonable, kid friendly and a nice breakfast and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Our room got upgraded and my other half had to sleep on a cot that was super hard.

Gwen on the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful and polite

Kids running around corridors from 2 am knocking on doors and screaming and playing in corridors. Rude staff members over charged and some front desk staff very rude and unhelpful. Wifi not working room key stopped working multiple times

No generator? In winter? In Upstate New York? Do better!

This hotel is our usual place to stay while visiting family. It's clean, comfortable and close by.

The hotel lost power the night of 12/23/22 due to a storm. There is no generator, so we were forced to leave the hotel the morning of 12/24 and stay with family members that night. We received nothing but shoulder shrugs at the front desk from the teenage hotel staff as to when power might be back on, nor were they optimistic about us getting refunded for the night we didn't ( couldn't with no heat ) stay. We were on the second floor in an ADA accessible room- thankfully we were able to take the stairs, Still it was unsafe as there were insufficient lights in the stairwell.

It smelled like POT throughout the hotel.. We can't smoke cigarettes so why would Allow smoking marijuana in the stairwell and hallways. Gross smell.

nice location and very clean. perhaps a little too pricey for what you get.

nice rooms, but a little pricey for value. breakfast is wasn’t fully ready when it was supposed to be. nice location and quiet.

needed to call for extra towels and blankets. it’d be nice to furnish with these in advance. otherwise very friendly staff

I would still recommend this place as it was clean, rooms were very comfy and clean.

The room, hotel and breakfast was excellent the first night. I will say I was impressed with the silk milk, yogurt choices and a variety of breakfast items.

We booked another night instead of moving on like planned. We were told it was the same price, only to find out when checking out that it was jacked up. They were not over booked either. The breakfast that was supposed to start at 7 was tardy and food that was there was from prior. It took a bit for them to bring new food out but lots of stuff was left over. Bread was stale.

the bed was very uncomfortable; the pool was closed; the ac system was very noisy - woke us up when it came on; the phone on the bedside table was not working; the tv was not working, the person who came to look at it said that new tv had just been installed but they were not working yet; room was not clean - short handed was why we were told

The breakfast was ok

Our first room we were put in was dirty and we asked for a different one. They had one available and we moved. The floor was dirty but we dealt with it.
