Clean, comfortable, place to stay with convenient Location and friendly staff.

The friendly helpful staff that is an awesome family run business. I stayed with my mom. We enjoyed our room. My mother has an emotional support service animal and we had a pet friendly room. The breakfast had many choices. I enjoyed the pool and appreciated that the facility had a laundry room because we stayed 5 nights.It was a hard visit due to a loss in our family . Having a comfortable place to stay with kind people running this facility makes us want to return.Thank you!!!

We had a lovely stay at Rodeway, a gem in Hot Springs with a very helpful, caring staff.

Great, well-loved motel with a lovely relaxing pool. Updated rooms with all the necessities.

Breakfast options were mostly processed carbs. Protein would be better!

Great place to stay

The room was clean better than most places we've stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the linens actually smelled clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The mini waffles were a nice! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in directing us to non touristy places to visit. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a nice place to hang out and unwind. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

We had an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors conversation and activities all night. The bathroom smelled as if it had been cleaned with purple fabuloso and a dirty mop or cloth. Other than the smell the bathroom was really clean.

Good choice for a short stay and visit to Hot Springs Park

Good location, comfortable bed, very clean. Liked the fruit and yogurt at breakfast as well as the waffles. No noise from traffic or other guests. Easy to get to Hot Springs Park. Good price.

WiFi was slow and the connection dropped repeatedly.

This place is super clean and great value for your stay!

Love that all the rooms have vinyl floors, it feels very clean. The bathrooms are also clearly recently updated and are also very clean. There was also a microwave, fridge etc. in our room which was great.

The continental breakfast isn’t great, but still had cereal, yogurt and coffee - the basics.

Great location, great staff.

Great location, close enough but not right in the middle of everything. Carol is amazing and so willing to help with suggestions.

Not the hotels fault, but we tried to take a nap in the middle of the day and there was some remodeling/ repairs going on upstairs.

The room is clean.

Not enough basic bathroom supply. We have four in the party but there was one one set of small shampoo. Breakfast was not great as other review stated. We did not have hot water for oatmeal.

Glad we chose this place to stay

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was located a very short drive from downtown. They had a waffle maker as part of their complimentary breakfast. I really liked that there was no carpet. It made the floor seem cleaner and kept the carpet from getting soggy when we returned from the pool- and my kids loved the pool!

At first the room smelled odd- once the AC started it was fine. It would have been nice if there was an ice maker on both floors, but we managed.

I pulled in and I felt uncomfortable being there. I didn’t know it was in a sketchy part of town. I wanted to cancel my booking and get my money back but they don’t do that sadly. most places do and yeah so I definitely wasted money here.
