first floor room.

the room had a strong odor. the occupant of the room above us threw their cigarette butts down onto the sidewalk in front of our room.

Bad

The only good thing about this place is the location.

The room was FILTHY! There was human fecies on the bathroom wall and nothing had been cleaned, never mind the smell!

Very poor

I liked that it had a fridge & microwave. The curtains blacked out well. The gentleman behind the counter was nice.

The room smelled musty, the shower really only had a hot setting (my daughter got the cold on after 15mins),,the breakfast room was set up in a way that it was hard to get food.

we had a good nights rest

everyting was clean. Linens were newish. bed comfy. best part was it was a lot cheaper than other close hotels. We would definitely stay again.

location and this is my favorite place to stay . just need more than 1 trash can and my sheets were dirty

the location and staff it’s one of my most favorite places to stay when I come to hot springs… it’s usually always super clean but this is the first time I had questions!!

it was ok. stayed there many of times before and it was great.

looks nice. staff was nice

not remote for tv, no wash clothes and only one channel on tv. no WiFi

Loved the powerful hot shower and the bed was comfortable.

Shower was very hot and powerful with a large spray pattern. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not the Hilton but for the price, it was better than some others in town. People coming and going in the middle of the night and talking can be easily heard outside. If you're a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Otherwise, a great option for a cheap overnight stay.

The heater was kind of noisy. At least it worked though. It was 30* outside so it needed to run fairly often. It turning on and off frequently along with being somewhat loud made it hard for me to sleep good. At least it worked and kept it comfortable.

Great value

The hotel is older but upkeep is being done. It was clean and comfortable. Air works well. Excellent pricing. Good location for the price. Quiet and relaxed. Will definitely stay again

It was okay. If this inn is representative of others in the chain, I will look for a different brand

Room was clean overnight was quiet breakfast okay but I think the breakfast platter at any whawhatabutger is a better value

The parking lot around the building should be torn up and completely replaced or concrete fit was okay

Very good

Excellent value. It's an older hotel, but seems to be well maintained. The room was very clean, and the beds were relatively comfortable. All in all the hotel was better than I expected based on what I paid.

Best Place to Stay Without Wasting Money

The room was clean. After my encounter at the hotel down the road, I immediately checked the entire room for bugs. I found none. The bed was clean. No stains or anything (yes I pulled back everything). Bathroom was clean, floor was clean, I felt comfortable and safe here. Connor at the front desk showed great customer service while handling a lobby full of travelers. He did it quickly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bathroom door could be replaced. There was a foot hole and the lock looked like someone pryed it open. Apparently at some point there was a situation there. The water temperature in the shower was not steady. It fluctuated from cold to hot. But honestly wasn't that big of a deal for me.
