They had a 24 hr gym, laundry, and our room even had a full kitchen area including a dishwasher, stove and fridge!

We saw some bugs in the kitchen sink... The bed was nice, but my side was pushed up against the wall with no outlet or lamp near me. Seemed more suited for 1 person than a couple.

We were welcomed by a friendly and personable staff. The room was clean, the amenities for extended stay were good.

I was taken back by not offering clean additional towels upon request. The polite front desk person informed me that if I wanted fresh/clean towels I needed to turn in the dirty ones before getting clean ones. I was very bothered by this policy. (For the amount of traveling I have done, never ever had this request been a policy). Secondly, the mattress was HORRIBLE!! It should have been replaced months ago! It sagged terrible causing us not to get a good nights sleep and causing my husband to have back pain the entire of our stay. Does anyone check? It was not okay. I did politely let the front desk know about it on departure.

Good stay for the price.

Clean, friendly staff

Room was supposed to have a sofa bed which It did not! Also, they charge you per night for your dog, even though they have a sign by checkin and it’s listed on their website to start charging on night two. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. And the thermostat doesn’t appear to be correct on the temperature in the room.

Pretty good value for the cost.

Room was spacious, comfortable. Desk chair not overly comfortable but adequate. Decorations rather spartan, buit OK. Nice to have the amenities of a stove top, refrigerator. Parking very convenient.

Noise level (from halls, adjoining rooms) made it hard to sleep. Booking.com listing had "breakfast included" as an amenity. Breakfast consisted of a to go bag with a muffin, granola bar, small fruit cocktail and water. Not very appealing.

Not my first time there. That's why I came back.

I like the in-room kitchen. The location is off the beaten path so to speak, which makes it quiet and peaceful.

The tv has no channel information on it. Don't know what you are watching if you miss the start.

Superb

Went for 50 yr reunion- turned out to be great location close to everything with nice walking close by. I really liked having kitchen and definitely made use of it.. The space worked well for me and family member who came last day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
