Hotel was very clean, rooms a great size with all you could need. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a real bonus and kept clean too. Breakfast was a great selection and served hot and fresh ( continental style ) Easy access to all amenities snd onside free parking with lots of space

Unfortunately, our encounter on checking in was not easy nor pleasant. The booking had been paid for in advance and on checking in was advised they required $100 security deposit. Although not made aware of this at the time of booking it seemed reasonable. However, as an international traveller, my card was not being accepted for some reason, she refused to take cash and reluctantly took my partners card for deposit saying we don't normally allow third party payments ?????? Note we were together, booked in same room and a couple. She was quite rude, no eye contact, no apology, nothing.....not a great welcome at all. However, I must say the rest of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and polite.

Not worth the money!

Nice staff

The hotel is old and in need of rehabbing. The room rate was high and the mattress was awful. The elevator was disgusting and dirty. The staff was nice!

Good Stay, not the greatest Parking arrangements

The facility and room was nice and accomodating.

Parking for guests. We had no where to park. Vehicles with towed trailers or large trucks took up multiple parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot, possibly consider a parking lot for vehicles and guests with such. That way the regular parking lot can still fit to accommodate regular vehicles for guests.

friendly owner breakfast was good.hot food eggs sausage pancakes etc..everything was clean

my key scanner on my door wasn't working so I had to keep walking to the desk whenever I'd leave my room

I will not stay here again, please look elsewhere for accommodations.

Chairs and beds were comfy and breakfast was just right. The gentleman there was very helpful, the women there not so much.

no remote for living room tv, the replacement didn’t even work. no dial tone in the bedroom. dusty end tables and dirty floors, dog hair still on comforter. they did offer a replacement room but already unpacked and we were only staying one night, these things should be easily repaired or replaced without the inconvenience of the guests. noisy room next door(not the fault of the hotel) but annoying nonetheless . says they are remodeling within the next year.

That they accept pets.

That they charge a fee for pets even though they have answered a question on booking.com and said they didn't charge. Also the front desk person said everything in a negative way. Instead of we don't take cash, try im sorry, we only accept credit cards. Was that way about everything.
