Our stay was crazy!

The location

Lights flickering on and off. Shower filthy, linens filthy, no microwave, no refrigerator, no phone in room..... Used cell phone to no avail. Watched an altercation and man go to jail. Charged a $75 deposit that they say will take 3-5 business days before refunded..website as well as Expedia states it's only $50

Book a hotel early and find a better place to stay.

The room was a decent size. I liked that the bathroom had a door on it which helps keep the steam from the shower contained and it would be good for privacy as well. The sconces for lighting on the headboard as well as the backlit headboard gave a nice warm light. The room was fairly clean and the towels were nice and soft. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The room had a very uncomfortable chair for the desk. There was no other seating in the room. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot or hair dryer. It was pretty bare bones. The room was over $90 a night and a bit pricey for such a bare room. Multiple roaches in the room and one even hitched a ride in a box. The a/c was set at 60 degrees when I arrived but barely made 72. It was running when I arrived and was still running when I left. There were no toiletries. Not even a bar of soap. I checked for bedbugs but didn’t detect any. Just the roaches. The room was poorly lit. Two small can lights over the sink but the toilet and shower area was quite dark. While the lighting on the headboard was a nice touch, it was insufficient to properly light the room. The security latch was not well attached to the door and the screws were backed out. The outlet covers were dirty and the outlets were a bit smashed into the wall. The separation half walls between the shower/toilet area have very sharp corners which I discovered the hard way.

Wasted money wasted time just a waste

I am diabetic therefore I needed to refrigerate my insulin she did it the manager I mean for the lady down the hall who also had diabetes but would not do it for me on the same day if you're going to do something for One customer you should do it for all of them not pick and choose not only that but we stayed there for a couple months while doing this so I had to set my clock for every couple hours to get ice to make sure that I didn't mess up my insulin very rude very impatient very derogatory and very judgmental about only certain customers and or guests

Was there for a dog show.

The ac worked well. That literally was it.

Well first off when I walked in the front staff said they were closed for the week and we’re not accepting anymore bookings, which they were “joking about”. They said our room wouldn’t be ready till 3pm, ok we went and got some dinner and came back, our room still hadn’t been cleaned, we didn’t get into our room till after 5pm. Cable did NOT work, NO Wi-Fi, the bathroom was FILTHY. The entire grounds themselves were terrible. I will NEVER do business here or with this motel place again.

It was okay for the price. Just missing some things.

It was very clean for the price and it was quiet and private.

The TV wouldn't work, no help from workers. No soap, and 1 pillow per bed. No fridge.

I didn't like anything about the hotel because I didn't stay there. Once again booking.com booked a room that didn't exist and I ended up paying twice as much at a hotel across the street for a room for the night

But I didn't like was that booking.com once again booked a room that didn't exist this is the second time it's happened to me.

The pictures didn't look anything like our room it was old and moldy the shower leaked all on the bathroom floor the ice machine didn't work

Filthy bathroom. Cockroaches. Dirty sheets. Very unsafe neighborhood and guests. I Will absolutely never stay here again.

The staff was AWESOME... That's the only reason I did not leave... I had stood here once before in 2018 and I was told they would be remodeling so that's why I told my wife let's go back since that pet friendly and they should be remodeled so it should be nice but we were surprised when we got there... I had an issue with my first room however the staff was awesome and they got me another room which was a little better but if it wasn't because the staff was so great and professional and caring I would have left... Awesome job guys...

Paid too much for an inferior quick night stay

was real close to airport. looked like some parts were under remodel. Beds were comfortable.

Worn out and old. Bathroom was beat up pretty good. Exterior door was close and didn’t feel safe. Trash stacked up outside our door was pretty nasty. Couldn’t tell what was louder the highway noise or AC unit. Paid $100 for a $40 quick overnight room.
