Exceptional Staff ! Rihanna and Travis

Athough rooms are a bit small yet the staff made up for it. Very close to restaurants 2 min walk. Bar on property. Hotel Decor was good. Breakfast outstanding . Impressed by the personal touch extended. Bed is cosy.Con room wifi not so good although wifi in lobby works well. By Standards it is 3.5 star. All in all had a good stay

Hotel of Choice

I've already stayed three times at this Americinn in Wisconsin Dells. Location is great, near down town strip. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scamblesdeggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese,.). Wifi is free but signal was quite low in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel

wonderful hotel and staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Americinn in Dells. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Wisconsin Dells

We still had a great time

The hot tub was nice. The people were nice. Easy parking.

1 staff member was rude, our air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and the Jets in the tub were very weak.

Clean hotel with a great breakfast and sauna with free access to Chula Vista water park.

Great breakfast in the morning with plenty of options - including hot breakfast options like eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancake maker. Indoor pool area is great with a pool with basketball hoops, a children's play area, and a sauna/hot tub. Hotel also has a game room/bar area with a pool table, darts, and other games.

Magical

It was located in the greatest country in the world America! And the location was perfect and the staff was awesome and made everything possible

Corporate needs to allocate more money to the properties to keep up with maintenance. The CEO should show some pride and invest to keep this country beautiful and prosperous.

Need kinder staff and cleaner rooms!

Easy to get to. Spacious parking and safe lot.

No air conditioning in the lobby. Room was not cleaned and ice bucket still had the old bag with water in it. Continental breakfast had watered down gravy and no water to drink. Pancake machine was not working properly.

Smelly room

Location to upper dells is perfect

The room smelled strongly of wet dog. The carpet was damp when we arrived, guessing they tried to clean it, but the entire room smelled heavily of wet dog. We tried using about half a can of air freshener on the carpet over the two nights we were there. It did not help.

The location was good but I would not stay there again!

Location, the hot tub was lovely.

The entry was filthy the whole time we were there, one of our outlets ( right by the bed) didn’t work, there were stains on our carpet and the bathroom floor was gross! It was obvious we were seniors but our room was the very furthest from the elevator. Some of the staff were very nice while others acted like it was a gross inconvenience to provide a washcloth.

A stay we'll remember

The front desk manager was alone when we first got there, having to check in guests, get things for rooms, and fix things. For us, he replaced a toilet seat that fell off when raising the lid. Water pressure in the shower was very good. Decent hot tub.

The toilet seat fell off without secured bolts and wung nuts, so I'm wondering if the toilet was ever cleaned? I'm sooo glad no one was sitting on it! Rhonda left an envelope soliciting for money to clean the room. Since we were there for just two days, we hung and reused towels and such and never did see Rhonda. The front desk usually wasn't attended when you needed a towel or something-maybe staff is doing double duty all of the time? No healthy breakfast choices were available like oatmeal or non-dairy milk. While I realize this is sacrilege in the dairy state, on their breakfast bar, a folded cold egg was stuffed with a processed cheese conglomeration. Should I be reporting this?! The pancake machine was also broken. We bought breakfast for the next day.

For our short visit it was good.

Staff was VERY pleasant, polite and accommodating.

The room wasn’t very clean. Dust on top of furniture. Light fixture between bed wasn’t secured to the wall. Breakfast items weren’t very hot. The person attending the breakfast bar was efficient, but after emptying the garbage they proceeded to check all the breakfast items BEFORE washing their hands.

Disappointing stay

Great location for walking to downtown area.

One of the 2 queen beds was full of food crumbs, which were also all over the bedside table, implying that at least one of our beds was not changed between stays. Light in the bathroom flashed like a disco and made for a very unpleasant shower experience.

It was cold!

Nice looking property in good location.

Winter time...ALOT of COLD air coming in around air/heating unit. Had to use 2 towels to stop the cold. Hard to regulate heat because of this. Told staff but seemed unconcerned, no one came to check! Spent 4 days with this. Also, breakfast was awful. Seemed like because it was off season, no one cared.
