Very unfortunate evening.

Decorating was cute

They did not give rooms as advertised. Had to pay extra for everything! Including the room I was told I was getting and already paid extra for!! All pools were like ice, couldn’t even get in they were so cold. Room outside of main hotel were so dated it was scary plus you had to share a deck with other rooms and none of that is mentioned. That is strange and unlike any hotel I have ever seen. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

that i can cook in my room. The outdoor env. The pool.

The first room (that we have order) was really bad! the one that are underground. Luckily we had the chance to replace it (with extra money). The chlorine smell was very strong. A good idea can be to separate balconies completely.

Good budget place in the dells, wouldn’t recommend for a long stay

The location was great, it feels secluded but is so close to downtown Dells

The staff was less than friendly and at times downright rude. The decor was kind of tacky and cheap looking.

Kid friendly, cute family play to stay

Inside pool was freezing couldn’t swim long, no breakfast was available, would be nice for families. Would have liked housekeeping at less once to come in and fresh everything up.

Nice pool and outdoor fire pit in the evening. Nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Rustic campground feel. Close by the downtown and Riverwalk area.

Great place to come with family or for a couple hart away.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure everything was how we liked it. The resort looked clean with a nice water park for kids to play in inside and outside. The room was very clean and welcoming.

We were only there one night and didn't really see anything that was too not like. We would come back again.

Mid-week stay for waterpark

Clean facilities. Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Pool area and outdoor stuff is great! Overall, a great place and will definitely be back.

Slightly outdated and no frills but over all very nice. Our ‘kitchen’ was a mini fridge, microwave and hot plate, which was fine for our two day stay, but I’d have been disappointed if I were staying for longer and needing to do big meals.

Good time with the family

Everything was great. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious and the set up is perfect for a family.

Just wish the pools were more exciting for kids over 4 years old.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves, from the pool, to the front desk staff. they were very accommodating and helpfu

I liked the cabin feel and how everything was so close together. We stayed on the first floor and had easy access to the indoor pool which my kids loved!

The bathtub is very high. I can see someone getting hurt exiting.

it’s a very comfortable family resort. Very quiet just a little bit outdated. Staff is excellent.

the rooms are a bit outdated and they need a bigger indoor and outdoor pool for older kids and adults

Superb

Cabin-style and cozy. Great location too. We loved that they had a campfire set outside so we could gather and have a romantic/fun evening.

There were just a few things that we did not appreciate, there were gnats on our bedroom, we found old coffee powder in the coffee maker (I guess they did not pay too much attention while cleaning) and the bath tub plug was not working properly.
