The bed was a bit hard for me. I like a softer bed.

The cabin was suuuper clean. Front desk lady was nice.
Just the mice lol, but it is in the woods. It is to be expected.

It was very rustic feeling and the cabin was the ultimate surprise. The cousins loved it and were able to explore and build a TP back in the woods
There was a dresser that was broke, and one of the front doors would not open.

Love the quiet. Missed the restaurant.
Office staff were not always in. Are there new managers? I know it was difficult due to Covid 19 but I think a note on door for office hours or return time would be helpful. I did not like the personal information being left unlocked outside the office for 2 days either. Sorry do not like being so negative but it was totally different from my first time there. Hope It returns to what it was before.
Laundry was left in dryer. Was not sure what to do with it.
Need bear proof dumpsters that are not locked. Did not know what to do with garbage as we left before anyone in to unlock dumpster. The one that was unlocked was overflowing. So we took it with us.

Nice to get away from the park to relax and refresh from busy day in and out of the car! Quite and loved the hot tub, bonus!
Gas station/convenience store and liquor store near to cabin close early. Come prepared.
We never saw anyone in the office, but only needed if we had questions of surrounding areas. However, emails were always answered.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the gas fireplace, and the cleanliness of the cabin. It was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We also liked that there was lots of storage and the cabin was very well kept up.
The knives in the kitchen needed sharpening and the downstairs tub didn't drain very well. Other than these two issues, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to book these cabins again.

Property was well cleared of snow, stairs and deck were not icy, hot tub was working well, all lights, heat, satellite tv, and fireplace worked well. Beds were very comfy and cabin stayed plenty warm even below 20 degrees. Liked the layout with the loft with the second bed. Controllable ground level heaters were perfect for quick drying wet clothes, mittens, hats, boots, etc.
There’s not much to not like about the property and the site. I guess I would have wished for a bit more information on the website or after booking as to what to expect, what they provide (dishes, a small bag of coffee) and do not provide (shampoo) in order to be most prepared. Also more instructions on how to work the hot tub when you check in.

Nice cabins! Plenty of room for our family.
Quite far from Yellowstone. Some dilapidated buildings on the property.
