The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection. Unfortunately, my grandson had to be at a swim meet at 7am so he was unable to enjoy the breakfast.
We missed having bananas available.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice.
The price was too high for quality. The hottub was out of service Saturday night. Both pool and hottub were out of service Sunday morning.

waffles were good at breakfast
travel most of day with my daughter as was moving her into college dorm following morning
get showered n get ready to relax for bed. my daughter was to sleep on pullout couch. she attempted to pull bed out it's broken n had dirty sheets on it! pizza sauce and visible crumbs. initially just asked for sheets after waiting over 30min n realizing bed would not pull completely out called front desk again. They offered a rollaway cot at an additional charge! After that was declined my daughter suggested a room change which initially staff was reluctant at first but eventually agreed

Clean, modern, quiet hotel in a good location. Staff was very friendly and patient
That our pre-paid reserved room reservation was not anywhere in the system. It took a half hour or so for us to finally check in. Was very disappointed in management not being there and not being offered a discount or something for the trouble. Was told when we were checking out that we should have called them directly to get a hospital discount. Why not offer us the discount for the booking error?

Great location. Friendly staff.
It's time for some updates. The tile was falling off the wall at the base of the floor in the bathroom. Paint is scuffed, etc.

I thought breakfast was supposed to be very good at Hampton Inn. This was no different than any other lesser place.
We needed an accessible room. This was supposed to be. There was a grab bar in the bathtub but no way to get into the tub or to sit. No grab bar by toilet and couldn’t get the wheelchair under sink. Originally they were going to give us a room on the fourth floor, I would not have been able to get out in an emergency. Staff was quite indifferent and insensitive.

Everything was great and clean
The house less village on the side of the building. I get it and no one bothered me while out there smoking. it was just not a pleasant view.

The grandmotherly woman who was taking care of the dining area was wonderful.

The pool was closed and has been closed for months. I didn't get any notice of this when I made the reservation It wouldn't have been a big deal if I was traveling alone, but I was with my five-year-old so it was a pretty big surprise. I would've liked to know.
