The evening staff went above and beyond the job duties are! I have never had a desk clerk offer to take the luggage car

This was warm and welcoming. I have never stayed at place that had free dinners from 6-8 for guests to support the college sports! Ask for donations! The staff was out going and friendly! They should give lessons!

Quiet location just off I80, spacious rooms, near lots of amenities - restaurants, shopping etc.

Despite I had called to ask about pet fees, the manager explained that sometimes a call to the hotel goes to a central "Comfort Inn" line and they don't know each hotels policy for pet fees. I was told $30 for pets... but it was supposed to be $30 PER pet. I felt very disappointed when checking in that I was getting a $60 charge for my two dogs. The manager did understand my problem and gave me a credit for the extra pet charge. I was VERY grateful. In the future, I need to ask if I am talking to the exact location so that I can get the correct information prior to deciding on a property for an overnight stay.

Two things to note: The pet fee is $30... but that is PER pet. The compressor in my mini-fridge ran 100% of the time which did interrupt my sleep. The manager said she would have maintenance address that.

Rudely treated!

Room was furnished with all required for overnight comfort. Multiple outlets available for charging electronics. Wi-Fi easily accessible.

While in my bed waiting for other family member to return I heard the door key being activated, assuming it was my family, to my shock it was a stranger, the man quickly stated “someone is in this room”. He quickly left. I received a call from the desk clerk demanding in a rude manner To know who was I…No apology was offered!! Very unacceptable in my opinion.

Decent night's stay

Staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were great and well stocked. The parking lot was good and well lit. Liked the Marketplace. Close to Mall, shopping, restaurants, and the University.

Needed more vending options on floors. Bed felt lumpy after an hour or so. Hard to see TV from sitting area. Perhaps another tv in front of sitting area in suites. Some questionable stains on the curtains.

great if you don't have to pay a pet fee

wasn't aware the breakfast ended at 9, not a big deal. but when we checked in, the clerk said the pet fee was $10. she didn't show me the specific page that was electronically signed ( I didn't initial anything ) checking out it was 30$ per dog... it was more expensive for the dog fee than the room😳

You say that your breakfast is from 7-10am on the weekends and my family went for breakfast at 9:30am on Sunday morning and there was nothing left and was not restocking anything or asking if they could get us anything and it was very messy.

False advertisement because there was no slide and that was the reason for going and taking my family.

That there was no pool slide like the pictures online indicated and still got charged full price and was not even offered a lower cost or suplimented me in any way.

The staff was very polite caring and helpful in so many ways. She went above and beyond her duties to assist with our booking and getting the tv to work. The rooms were clean and appropriate for our trip. The pool and hot tub was very well tended to and clean. many of accommodations with food snacks ice and great location to get to local restaurants stations and more.

Overall it was worth the amount I paid especially given it was a holiday weekend.

Breakfast was great! The room was very clean and had ample lighting throughout.

Location was next to a major road and walkability was slim to none around the hotel.

would love to make this motel one of my regular stops.

Full breakfast, hot and kept up very well. the pool was wonderful for families and kids. It was just the perfect depth for kids and set up in a way that families could have their own space. Good sound proofing.

Would have liked to have staff at front desk to answer questions more often.
