Good location, next to Wegmans supermarket, which makes it easy to stock the fridge in your room, we had a full kitchen.
Breakfast buffet was average.

The staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!
Parking for old folks & handicapped people isn't very easy.

Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Many of the choices were gone unless you were very early to breakfast.
Continued availability of cooked food for breakfast longer into the breakfast. Hot breakfast sandwiches were so-so.
Waffles were appreciated.

I wish there was an option for scrambled eggs. We don’t eat pork and all of the egg options had pork on them. Or they were egg whites with veggies which my husband doesn’t eat lol.
We did enjoy the hot tub and pool area.
We didn’t know the hotel was being remodeled. It would have been to know ahead of time, however, other than the smell of paint and no carpet at the elevators on our floor, it wasn’t an inconvenience.
The shower setup was strange to us, half of a glass door with no way to keep the water off of the floor. Is that normal?

Nice size room..nice bathroom
They would not allow anyone to visit me or my kids. And they harass me cuz I had a kid's birthday party there. My kids are swimming with other kids in there they kicked all the black kids out and kept the white kids in the pool. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody that's doing a birthday party because you not allowed to have visitors and you're not allowed to have party's there.

Staff was wonderful! Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty decent. Perfect location!
The hot tub had band aids in it. I think staff should check on it more. I did advise them and they were nice about it but I had to clean it up myself.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The happy hour food and beverages were excellent!

Well placed, with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by - we went to Stonehouse Pizza, which was very nice.
Reasonably priced, good size room, comfy bed - a useful one night stopover on the drive from Niagara-On-The- Lake to Washington DC.
Free parking in the handy car park next door.
Nice to see dogs everywhere we went, in the lifts and hallways.
Fridge was so noisy we had to disconnect it! Told the receptionist when we left and she said she'd get it looked at, apologised and gave me a free pack from the food/drink area.

the room is nice and big
none

spacious rooms; centrally located
not enough lighting in room; no dressers for clothing

the room is comfortable
hard to park the car before checking in, not much space in the front

The room itself was very nice. It was huge! Had a ton of space, a full kitchen with every tool/appliance necessary. The bathroom was large and the room was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. One of the better breakfasts I've had in a hotel.
The beds were AWFUL. I am only 42 and have no back problems but I was dying on these beds. I woke up at 2am and was tossing and turning in pain the rest of the night. Also the AC was so strong that I felt like I was sleeping in a blast chiller. Even when you turn up the temp on the thermostat, the air comes out with such force that it is super uncomfortable.

VERY POOR no variety
bathroom wasn't clean. no soaps for two people. motel 6 breakfast

Bartender and waitress were outstanding. Very pleasant experience with them.
The Check-in rep was very short with me and seemed disinterested or dissatisfied with her job.
Also, my room had no blackout curtains. The lights from rhe athletic field next door shined in my window all night. Very bothersome.
4.3
immaculately clean
breakfast was all pre packaged stuff
I think we can do better to serve a fresh hot breakfast and be safe

this was one of the best hotels in past 10 years at least .
I love traveling and discovering new cities and state, I’m being in so many hotels across US and Europe, this was wow, I was impressed by lay out, cleaness and full kitchen, for the price I’m paying per night , I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will book again and again every time I’m traveling from Boston to Ohio .
