great stay

the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It was very close to the venue where we had tickets to see an artist.

cleaner smells in the hallway were a bit strong. The bathroom was really small. Might be difficult for a larger person.

Old world charm super fun to see the building and the history of e hotel

Old world charm. It is an historical hotel in a central location. It is fun to walk around the hotel to see the pictures of the history and famous people stayed there. We stayed there for the Little League World Series. Staff was super friendly and helped us to navigate our first time to the event.

There wasn't much to not like. The cable went in and out and the breakfast was fair but would definitely stay again.

Overall it was nice, other than a few things i mentioned that would have made it exceptional.

The spa tub was relaxing. The room was nice and warm. The breakfast was good.

There was a toilet brush in toilet upon arrival. I could smell marijuana strongly everytime I left the room passing the room next to mine. There was no liner in ice bucket.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and was located right in the city surrounded by things to do.

The location was perfect for what I was in town for.

Short, happy to leave.

The history. The staff were polite and friendly. The piano that was open for guests to play.

The hotel needs some maintenance and updating. It has seen better days. It was incredibly smelly. Smelled like yesteryears cigarette smoke.

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation! We will definitely be back!

It was close to everything! No more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go! We reported an issue with possible smokers on our floor and it was immediately taken care of. Also loved having a bar in the hotel!

My only issue was that my particular room did not have shades on the windows. When the sun came up it was a little too bright that early in the morning.

Perfect (except for the unfortunate incident)

It was a late check in but the Person at the front desk was very courteous, cheerful, and helpful. When we went to the room and had a trouble understanding some of the controls, he immediately cam up to shw us how.

There was an incident of a person falling down and dying? as we were checking out. We were surprised that we were allowed to leave the premises without the police taking our statement.

Great location, very friendly staff, and easy parking (huge parking lot around back).

The building is visibly dated..I do believe that's part of it's charm.

It was an alright stay

It's a very nice hotel, it's close to a lot of places the wife and I like to go

The jacuzzi tube wasn't clean, there was brown flakes floating in the water after we turned on the jets

Exceptional

The whole building gave you a feel of comfort history and a great atmosphere. Christmas theme in the lobby and such was excellent. The rooms were very clean. They didn't have any smell. They were just clean. Clean has no smell. We enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back in the area. We are expecting to stay at Genetti again Really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a restaurant meal not a warmed up. Bagged food. Liked that it had a restaurant in the building and a lounge can't say enough for how much we enjoyed our stay

Not much to say that we did not like if I was to be picky I would say could have had a walk-in shower instead of a tub/shower and that's looking for something just to say I didn't like.

Execllent accomodations with French doors separating sleeping areas a plus.

Large room with French doors separating the rooms. Separate heat controls. Beautiful vintage hotel.

Superb

Staying at the Genetti is always a wonderful experience. It's our first option whenever staying in the Williamsport area. The staff is wonderful, and all have a "how can we help " attitude. The free full breakfast equals or exceeds any other hotel. Always becomes a special occasion, even if it's just an overnight.

A bit disappointed at the restaurant. This was a birthday gift to my partner, and we had checked off our preferences online in anticipation. Once there, we found that they were doing a limited menu because of shows and activities in and near the hotel. I understand it, and what we had was wonderful, but it dampened the spirit. We will happily return though.
