Excellent value

Unfortunately, there was a power outage starting at 2:00am though checkout due to thinderstorms.... So no breakfast was available.

wouldn’t stay again unless i was traveling like before and in a pinch.

good location.

staff member upon check is was super rude. didn’t notice i had 2 rooms booked even though i included to have the rooms put together. smoke alarm went off in both separate rooms at 3am and my family members room at 4am for no reason.

Bed was very comfortable. And the shower head was above midget height.

A staff member accidentally walked in our room without knocking.

Pet friendly and close to restaurant that gave us a discount because we stayed at Best Western

ppl were outside smoking weed and loud as crap and my grandkids shouldn’t be exposed to it

some of the other ppl that was always rude and was not considering of others

was not quiet. wasn’t able to rest because of the rudeness. I felt like I should have been reembirsed I was going in for surgery and others were not considerate even after I called the front desk

Disappointed in facility

The laminate floors and shower were nice. Room was well updated. Rooms themselves were clean and fine for one night. Pet friendly.

They tried to put us in a room that already had someone in it and had to change one of our rooms. We booked two rooms and neither had shampoo or conditioner in them when we got it. Our TV remote was covered in something gross. Other guests near us were very loud after midnight. Thin blankets on bed. AC window unit didn't work in one of our rooms.

very relaxing after a long drive.

The person checking us in was very helpful. we needed to change to a room on main level, we’re elderly & stairs are hard for us.

Not really anything. we had trouble connecting to wifi & the desk clerk got a tech to help us connect!

We have stated this location several times. The staff is friendly and the facilities are immaculate. It is our go-to place in Athens.
