Must be under new management. Standards have dropped since staying here 3yrs ago

There was no shower curtain or shower door to block the water. Water went all over the floor. Had to use an insane amount of towels. Almost slipped on the floor a few times. Checked out 2 days early due to the shower and overall noise issues

Nothing. The parking was terrible and the beds were absolutely horrible I felt like I was laying on bricks. The sheets were really dirty it was over all a very bad experience

La atención del personal es excelente, es cómodo y muy aseado. Quiero resaltar en especial 3 personas. Orlando el jefe de mantenimiento muy amable y colaborador gran persona. Ana de habitaciones excelente persona siempre dispuesta a colaborar con los requerimientos. Meily encargada del desayuno, muy amable y siempre atenta a que todo se encuentre disponible.

Sugerencia, el lugar para tomar los,alimentos se queda pequeño, especialmente en el fin de semana. Sugerencia, colocar una tarjeta independiente para solicitar o no el cambio de sabanas y toallas. No utilizar para eso la tarjeta de Do not disturb, se presta para confusiones.

Great location. Off of Okeechobee blvd..lots of restaurants, stores,bars and entertainment. The breakfast at this hotel is better them most restaurants. Definitely will stay again.

Very inconvenient but the staff was very nice

Very old, nasty bathtubs, key issues, had to be moved 3 times in 2 days. The only elevator was out of service

Front desk staff was not very courteous, computer system was slow and not able to print receipt, elevators were not working.

OK, I will not use LA quinta again for future stays.

Upon entering it was freshly cleaned.

Sink was broken, no water pressure. No Complimentary breakfast because staff did not show up to cook. The entrance was dirty & nasty. Stairs, railings & walls were dirty, nasty & needs to be painted. They did a horrible job keeping the place clean on the outside. Pressure washing the stairs walls and front of the place probably would of made a difference. Upon checkout staff didn't ask how was our stay or thank you for choosing LA quinta. Unprofessional. I will never stay here again.

Just adequate.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good. For our purposes, the location was great.

The value for the cost was not up to par for this chain. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a jet engine all night long, the rooms were not up to the usual La Quinta standards for the amount charged. I know it was West Palm Beach, but for a couple hundred a night, I expected better.

The location was fine for what I was there for

The room was not clean at all! My feet turned black when walking on the floor. There’s something wrong with the piping or something because the floor was always wet and the more you walked on it the wetter it got we had to put towels down to walk around. Dirty bedskirts, dirty end table. Bathtub was dirty. I will never stay here again!
