For the price it was okay, but I won’t be staying there again.

The staff was nice

It’s old, needs to redone and they need more vacuums, and more lighting outside because it was sketchy ass hell. They could not find a working vacuum to vacuum my room. There was trash in the pool. The lightening was nonexistent outside and made safety issue.

Horrible with a 1 year old

This hotel is horrible. My room bathroom door was like a dog chewed on it. The shower was so nasty that I didn’t not shower at all. This place is gross!!! Crack heads now live there. I will never stay there again. Breakfast you had cereal but no spoons. I didn’t like anything!!!

Everything, very run down, broken doors, bathroom fixtures, dirty, alarms beeping all night from the hallway, and criminal activity in parking lot.

Terrible worst stay ever

Nothing the sheets were dirty floor wasn't vacuumed the guest services were rude it was a overall terrible stay. Plus I had to wait hours to get into my room.

Not very much to like here. The TV worked fine. It was close to some food places.

The room was dirty. The shower dripped all night. The hallway was flooded. The entire building smelled like weed. Honestly, it's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Staff was great facilities need repairs and updating.

The staff was awesome.

The property was kinda run down. In need of some repairs. The plugs in the room some could not be used, some didn't work other wouldn't work at all. The refrigerator was unplugged so the TV and microwave could be plugged in. Nice facilities for the price just need some repairs.

Horrible.

There was no chairs in the room. The carpet in the room was dingy. No view at all outside. It was just not good at all. The entire hotel needs redone. I will never stay there again.

I would say that the room needs updating and cleanliness.

The room did have a pleasant smell coming into it.

Stay somewhere else

Whoever cleaned the room did a good job, I have to give credit for that. However, there's more that needs to be done than just that.

The pictures was nice with a beautiful pool and all, but it was covered up when we arrived. The building is in need of repair, missing ceiling tiles, and such. the doors were hard to open and close, breakfast didn't exist as advertised. Roaches were crawling around

I think it's one step up from being homeless or living in a tent

There was just trash in the room , I feared showering because the tub was serrated with rust, the a/c sounded like a jet turbine starting up .. breakfast consisted of breakfast bars , toast ,instant grits , yogurt, bananas and corn dogs

There was an awful smell throughout the facility. The beds were slipped in as if new mattresses were needed and tv so small can barley see it. Had to ask for a refund for my stay bc I couldn’t take the smell

Dissapointed

Close to Peachtree Mall and about 15 minutes from FT Moore. The front desk staff and house keeping was very nice.

I was expecting something like the pictures, and a quiet and safe place, because it is near the stat university. Needs a lot of renovations, almost everything looks old, rusty and with mold stains. Even it was clean, the odor on the hallways smells like cigarette and musty smell. It's supposed to include continental breakfast and only have pieces of bread with cheerios. Some guests were noisy, yelling and arguing in the middle of the night until the next morning; I thought they were gonna to kill each other.

The front desk day shift was very nice as well as the friday morning housekeeper.

Reported to the night shift desk person that the toilet was about to run over and she handed me a plunger and told me maintance was off. Never encounted this before.

No hot breakfast as advertised. Room was unclean with a broken shower

Room was not ready at 3pm (normal check in time). Inhad requested an early check in since I had to drive 4hrs and make sure I could prepare for a wedding.

Ok if you need a decent place to stay for a few days

It was in a quiet location and everything was clean.

Hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Decor looks like something from the 60s or early 70s. Beware of the toilets of you have bad knees....they are EXTREMELY low!

Poor

The staff was very responsive to a flooding situation that had occurred in the room that we had been first assigned to. Had I not had sense enough to turn off the water it would have probably flooded the entire room. There is no maintenance personnel on staff after 5:00 p.m. which I find ridiculous at best. Quite honestly you all should have paid me to have stayed here

The overall condition and maintenance of the hotel was way less than what I would have expected for a Wyndham facility. The hotel and general seems to be in a total state of disrepair this includes the Halls along with the rooms themselves as well as the ventilation system. If I had a known I was going to be given a chance to send photos I would have taken several photos.

This hotel has proven to be a pleasant experience in the past.

Rooms oversold, my booking was canceled by on-site staff. They were at least courteous enough to call and advise, but obviously, this was less than convenient.

Very poor

Staff were nice

Continental breakfast only was 2 choices of cereal. The facility smelled like smoke and garbage smell through hallway. Ceiling leaking in the middle of hallway with a bucket to catch the water so unprofessional looking. Door on the other end of the hotel is left unlocked all day & night for anyone to enter.
