Location and kitchenette was right on time
I’m very upset about the bites we have gotten although this was the location we chose to stay in before our house was ready we spoke about the issue but they seem to Not be taking the red swollen blood filled bumps we received while renting serious. We have stressed the issue long enough

The room was big
The rooms weren't clean you have to have your own towel and wash cloth no ice machine take out your own trash

location was good
the room had dirty stains on carpet. Dirty bathroom and no hot water for four days. staff wouldn’t help at hotel or corporate office.
5.0
location. it was easy to access all of Columbus, via the highway. much better side of town, than some of the other extended stays in town.
there was nothing that I didn’t like.

Location
There is not someone on the property at all times. It was a nightmare at times.

Room itself .
To much noise with kids stomping the floor above me everyday

The general manager was was rude and NOT caring about the situation that may have caused a family to be there. When we asked questions he seemed unbothered and he made sure we knew that he didn't care or out issues was definitely not his concern. I had one house keeper that tried he best to be warm and accommodating. She was awesome. Mike the GM needs to work alone and not deal with people. If my house was able to be lived in after the fire I wouldn't have stayed not 1(one) night because the service was just that bad
The service. The manager. The beds. The elevator always being out of service. And all things I listed above
4.5
staff and cleanliness
Hot water for the shower was periodic at times

STAFF WAS WELL TRAINED IN SAYING "I'M SORRY" WHEN FACILITIES DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS. HALLWAYS WERE RECARPETED & SMALL LOBBY WAS REFURNISHED.
FACILITY: KITCHEN NOT FURNISHED, NO COFFEE MAKER! SOFA & CHAIR WORN OUT! NO ROLLING CART TO GET LUGGAGE FROM CAR TO ROOM! NO INTERNET PERIOD!!!!

I didn't have breakfast I like it because it was off the beaten path and it was quiet nobody bothered you and it was it had the kitchen at had great water pressure hate the water was turned off for 2 days but wonderful good space I wish they could come down on price so I can live there I'm looking for a place to live
That there is nobody in the office after whatever 8 or 9:00 they closed it down I mean 9 cuz I couldn't smoke in my room other than that I was fine

This place is horrible, nasty, and staff are very unprofessional. This was a very unpleasant experience for me and my family. Staff did everything at there convenience and safety with a lack of concern for guest.
They need to gut entire building and get rid of all staff. A complete overhaul is needed

As soon as I voiced my concerns, they were addressed. I was moved to a beautifully upgraded room (at increased rate) with more amenities. The location is perfect, because it is close to grocery, doing, restaurants, etc.
The stay started out a little rough, due to the fact that I was in a regular room. The room was old & there were several bugs in the room.

The room was very nice and clean!
Sunday check out and check in is horrible the office needs to be open on Sunday ..it's a hotel you should be able to walk into the office and check I and out!
