Not good - bathroom had mould on the ceiling and was very dirty :-(

The guy on the front desk was friendly. I wish we’d noticed the bathroom right away and gone and told him as I think he would’ve sorted it for us.

The hotel would’ve been ok except for the bathroom. There was a nasty tear on the carpet in the room and the carpet was quite grubby but it was ok. As the sink was in the room we didn’t even go in the separate bathroom till we returned later at night. The bathroom smelled of mould as soon as you opened the door :-( and there was a patch of black mould on the ceiling, as well as the room itself being really dirty around the edges which I wasn’t sure if it was mould or not. It was so late we couldn’t face anything but sleep and in the morning we chose not to shower. Very disappointing. I did tell front desk about it at check out and she was very understanding but the more I thought about it I felt I had to review it too.

Okay for overnight but I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time here.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was that it had breakfast which means a lot when you're on the road. The breakfast was exactly as stated and I think most people could find something that they could eat. It would be nice though, to see more of a fruit selection and not delicious apples which are anything but delicious.

There was a tear in the curtain, the couch was dirty and the rug looked pretty grimy.

A difficult night of sleep.

I liked that at least you had some oatmeal and fruit as a healthy breakfast option.

I did not like the fact the tub/shower in my room was not functioning. I really could have used a bath or shower. The water was just a dribble out of the tub faucet.

Cookie cutter freeway hotel, but clean and got the job done for the night.

The breakfast was standard but was clean and stocked when I was there. Room had a lot of space, with a desk and additional comfortable chair. It was an easy stop right off the freeway.

The desk chair was broken. Also the water pressure in the shower was so high that it hurt a little bit when we took showers. Since it was so high, the bathroom floor got quite wet from overspray.

Ice machine not working. At check out I wanted to pay cash but they charged my credit card upon arrival instead of upon departure. And was unable to reverse my changes off my card! So I could pay cash. This is the first time this happened at a hotel I stayed at. All others charge at check out. So I dought I will ever Stay again at a Comfort Inn!
