Not impressed. Will never stay there again.

Not much. Will not stay there again. Very expensive for what you get.

Security lock missing from door. Beer bottle cap on floor in room. No hangers in room. No ice available even though there is a sign pointing to where there is no ice. No cups of any king in-room. Burn holes in bedding. Couldn't understand manager due to strong accent. Had to ask to repeat many times and still could not understand. Other helper didn't speak English. The lighting was poor -- ceiling light in an odd place. Not helpful. Breakfast was just OK. No bottled water in room. They gave dry oatmeal for breakfast to be cooked in microwave but no water to go with it.

I have never stayed in a worse property!!

There is notation like about this property!!

We disliked the whole experience. Do not make the mistake we made DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place looks nothing like the photos. The room was somewhat clean. But the grounds are deplorable. Filthy dirty. Has been cleaned in years. Would not touch the hand rails, GROSS!! The pool is green and the hot tub is empty. You have to walk across a busy 5 lane road to the sister property to get ice. We booked two nights and could not tolerate staying the second night. We left a day early and drove home at night rather then stay another night!!!

Staff was super nice. Could improve on cleanliness.

The best was surprisingly comfortable and the AC worked great. The staff was also very kind.

The pool was not open and was green. The room was pretty dirty. I had to wear socks or shoes the whole time or my feet were black on the bottom. The desk was pretty busted up, the lamp wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it, the desk chair was filthy and a little rickety, they pressure washed the walkways and all of the debris is stuck all over my car, there was what looked like dog hair stuck on the side of the tub and on the freezer inside.

Disappointing. Traveled with my grandkids and they really wanted to swim in a cleaner pool.

The staff was friendly. the cleaning people were friendly. the bag of breakfast was okay. the air worked great. I was able to get fresh towels everyday.

There were coach roaches on the floor when we checked in. there was not a plug in the bathtub the first day I told the manager and the next day I received a plug. there was no water in the jacuzzi and the pool was dirty. the pool has rust in some areas. air conditioner needed new filters.

Room size was decent

The facility ground are disgusting. The type of clientele that stayed at facility were "questionable." Definitely feared for our safety due to location. Rooms were in disrepair, wall outlets were hanging from wall, lights flickered on/off on their own.

Great place to stay, easy freeway access lots of fast food restaurants and fuel stations everywhere!

A JACUZZI TUB IN MY ROOM. WOMEN LOVED IT!!

Kids walking around smoking AT A NONE SMOKING FACILITY! 420 EVERYWHERE WITHOUT A CARE TO ANY OF THE STAFF!!!

We opted to leave after 1 day even though we paid for 2, threw away hard earned mi Et for this stay.

employees in parking lot smoking every time I went outside. Quarter roll TP for 3 people. housekeeping rude, no hangers for clothes, no iron, dead bugs on floor. totally in appetizing and though we prepaid for 2 nights, we checked out after one night, as early as we could. this is the first time in my life I was compelled to give a review. not happy at all. just plain dirty outside of room and people hanging outside the rooms til the wee hours.

We were very nervous about staying in this area, but the two nights we stayed were pretty quiet & uneventful.

The manager was very accommodating.

The area was very bad & the floors left our feet black before the manager had them re-mopped.

Normally I really like it there and feel very comfortable.

My bathtub didn't drain and unfortunately I didn't realize that until the morning when I attempted to take a shower in the morning 7am. I tried to address problem with office but I didn't feel like I was being offered a fair enough solution, her authority was limited and management scheduled days off are weekends... So having spent all morning trying to deal with solutions for shower problem ie fixing shower by staff and myself, long conversations going round and round to move to another room (without me being charged for it) time was now about check out. I have 2 kids, my boy is 14 with autism and a six year old little girl so it's very difficult to accomplish tasks quickly and I know that so I try to schedule accordingly. And yes I understand that is my situation and not the hotel's responsibility to accommodate, typically. I believe that due to the unusable shower it would be fair to consider all my time used on working with them finding a solution that involves me and my kids being able to shower before attending my mother's birthday that day. At check out time a man from the office came to the room and said I needed to check out right now if I wasn't going to pay for another night, I was a bit taken back because I was just in the office not 10 minutes prior. He said that he would give me 10 or 15 minutes to get our things out otherwise I'd be charged late check out.

filthy, window and mirrors not clean. empty garbage filled properties around. hallways with cigarette butts! prostitution knocking on door at 6:00 am. not grout on bathroom floor! sparkle job in bathroom unfinished and unpainted. .

This was more than adequate and a goodvalue.

We did not have breakfast. The property is clean, the staff is nice and the location was fine for our purpose.

The neighborhood is kind of seedy. The property is not elaborate, but it's a good value for the money,

it’s a good place to stay and the rooms are clean but customer service was top notch

The property was maintained, unfortunately, for no fault of there own, it brings the occasional unsavory character. The rooms are nice, roomy, everything works, but what makes it better in my opinion is, the customer service. Top notch customer service. You approach with respect, they will give it.

We pay a little too much for a not a comfortable night

The room i booked was the jaquzzi room I like that was in the corner and quiet

The side window has an outside light, the curtin wasnt able to block out the light, Tv wasnt working, there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner...the receptionest even had an attitudeafter tell her about the Tv and no sp and shmpoo..she said there is and walk out door without checking...
