Loved the access to the beach, the pools (all 3) were incredibly fun. The location was great.
The parking was meh, the halls in tower A were hot as if they had no a/c. Our tv was messed up but considering we weren’t there to watch tv it didn’t bother us that much. The bathroom was extremely small.
3.6
That it had 3 pools, and several bar on location
That one of the elevator, wasn't working

Need more security.

Location
We traveled 8 hours, and could of chosen any hotel at $384 a night, but chose to stay here. On my first night arriving at SPI for my daughter's state competition, I parked in a legally designated handicap spot, as I am a person with a disability. Unfortunately, when we were ready to leave first thing in morning at 8am, my truck had been towed. The front receptionist provided me with the towing company's number, and when I called to inquire about the reason for the tow, the representative claimed that he couldn't see my handicap sign hanging from the rear-view mirror, even though I had it displayed on my dashboard. Regrettably, during the conversation, the representative used offensive language towards me. He called me a fxxxxxx bxxxx and hung up on me.
In my attempts to resolve the situation, I requested to speak with the general manager of the towing company. However, the encounter proved unproductive, as the manager did not take any significant action or address the issue with the towing company. Despite my request, he refused to provide me with his supervisor's contact information or corporate number, insisting that he was the highest-ranking authority.
Having prior experience in property management, I am aware that hotels usually have contracts with towing companies. In similar circumstances, if a resident's vehicle were wrongfully towed, I would have taken measures to facilitate its release promptly. Unfortunately, in my case, I had to bear the burden of paying $300 to retrieve my truck from the towing company.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened, as I expected better treatment and understanding, especially in a situation involving a person with a disability. I hope that by sharing my story, others can be more mindful and considerate of individuals with disabilities, and that measures can be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recent stay July 2023, This is our 2nd year staying here they have wristbands this year, was in Tower A. Micro & mini fridge in room comfy beds & pillows no carpet in our room water in shower is HOT. Room was very clean when checking-in Cold A/C rooms are cleaned every day. Roll away bed is available & free, staff are wonderful everyone very is helpful. Beach and pool access are super close to the hotel, pools are only 3 ft deep super warm water live band at bar by pool on Saturday’s, there’s a small game room with pool table around dining area bar in the foyer has good drinks. Overall really enjoyed our stay again, will probably come back again next year.
Bar at pool -drinks aren’t that great their just bland no flavor too much alcohol & mixers.
Parking - you’ll share parking with the condo next door.

fire alarm went off and service staff was no where to be found, to guide us to safety. like if they didnt care!! so careless people were just in shock askin if there was a fire. then alarm turned off and once in room went off again, damaging my kids ears cause it was so loud. and keep in mind this was at 2am in peoples sleep, nobody even told us what was the alarm for..,

Cleaning personnel were very attentive.
Counter personnel treated Booking.com. clients as last priority. They did not seem to care much.

Beach access and restaurant on the beach/by the pool is convenient
I arrived for check in around 4:30 and the line was all the way around the lobby &to the door. 2 people working the desk and about 40 people in line(no exaggeration) I physically couldnt stand in line for that long so we decided to hit the beach and check-in later. I checked in around 8 and and ended up receiving a different room than what I paid for. It seemed as if my room was given away. Calls to the hotel were never answered. I did call the front desk (from the room) asking why I received one bed vs 2 and they said I was upgraded to a suite so I had a sofa bed. A sofa bed is not the same as an actual bed. Sofa beds are uncomfortable!! I paid extra for a pool view and was given an ocean view. I understand this is an upgrade, I just don't understand how a hotel can give you something other than what you paid for. A few other cons worth mentioning: The pool doesn't have towels, hallways stink like a dirty towel, the lobby is super hot (ac down) , parking is horrible. Good luck finding a spot if you leave for food. I had to park far and came home with a door dent. Tower B is quite a walk from the parking lot/hotel lobby so be sure to grad a cart for your luggage.

Holiday Inn always has friendly staff to help checking in easy. This resort is always clean and nice to stay in any room.
3.6
good location
none of the restaurants were open
3.6
it was a beach-front property.
the women at the check in/check out counter were neither friendly or helpful. we purchased breakfast but were not told about how it would be provided. our room was poorly furnished with a broken drawer, a tv that was losing it’s picture, sparsely furnished, a postage-sized bathroom with an unsafe tub/shower, no closet (clothes were just hung on a rod). Dining options were very limited. A resort fee was charged but the pools were unusable and nothing was provided that would justify this fee. it made a Motel 6 room look luxurious.
3.6
pool
rooms are good but the bathroom are small and inconvenient to get in and out
3.6
location
excessive noise from outdoor pool area, muggy room, spring break resort fees, we were told that there were no quiet time hours because“it’s spring break “ - expect the music and noise to go until 1AM. we had to request a room mid-stay away from the noise area
3.6
Excellent location
Tiny bathroom, terrible coffee selection, front desk undermanned
