Great place to stay! Tricky check-in.

Location was great! Facilities where great!

It wasn't ready when we arrived. We had to wait 3.5 hours after the stated check in so it could be cleaned.

Wonderful Time in the sun on the beaches and a joyfully and relaxing vacation

Close to the pools/hot tubs/beaches and free shuttle transportation. Also close to many restaurants, Bars, shopping and other services/events and museums. The coolest event was the see turtle rescue as well as the sea turtle release!

Disculpen toda la puntuación que les estoy poniendo, lo que pasa es que no ocupe la estancia porque no fue lo qué reserve, no supe que tan buenas o malas camas tiene la habitación, lo que más me agradó fue que no tuve ningún problema para cancelar y para que ustedes me hicieran el rembolso

Lo que no me gustó fue que publiquen fotos de los cuartos que no son reales, y en la página de la publicidad no aclaren bien como es el apartamento, los sofás camas están muy usados casi no tienen hule espuma, casi se sienta uno en la tabla excelente vista al mar, lástima que la puerta del balcón no abre

Good location. Unit 4504 was well maintained.

Unit 3126 was not well cleaned and maintained. There were hazards such as outlet with missing cover or a nail protruding from the wall. Also a fire ant infestation in the kitchen. We felt unsafe with our baby.

Awesome location with great beach access that makes me think about booking family trip here again.

I liked the view. Beach access was great. The pools and grounds were well kept. The fireworks show was awesome (stayed just before the Fourth of July). Friendly gate staff and easy parking.

I had a lot of trouble entering the code on the door keypad. I would suggest having it changed out. Also, the front load washing machine smelled pretty bad. It probably needed a thorough cleaning.

Amazing stay, highly recommended clean, updated big condo.

This condo was amazing, our family would definitely try to rebook it for future visits. The pictures do no do it justice as far as size goes. It's huge inside with a huge balcony. Plenty of room to accommodate our family of 7. The condo is in a great location, took us about 5 minutes to walk down to the beach. All of the bedrooms in the condo where super comfortable and the condo has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The location was the best part. The fact that it’s gated makes you feel safe. The condo was clean and cold when we walked in. It had extra pillows, sheets, chairs, and umbrellas.

The property was great maybe one negative would be we couldn’t find the iron.

Overall was good and would stay there again, but not in the same room.

The view was great and the pool area was good too. The location is the best thing about this place. The beach is right off the resort, that part was awesome. I also liked that it was all gated in and you can not get in without codes or a gate pass for the front gate.

The room was not the greatest. It was not super clean and it definitely needs a good update. It also was not the room we seen in the pictures when booking, the one we thought we were booking was all redone. So we were not too happy when we were getting a completely different room from what was being shown on the website.

paid $400+ more for my stay this time and the condo was worse. There was no sofa bed. Multiple items needed repair. Dishes needed to be rewashed because the dishwasher was broken and who knows how long that was broken for. The refrigerator door shelf was taped on. Only one shelf was left. The patio furniture is horrible best used to dry your clothes when you are done at the beach or pool.

The location and view were great!

The condo could use a few up dates. The couch was broken. The light fixture broken in kitchen. The outdoor chairs were falling apart. Small fixes to make the place even better.

it was spacious which was very nice for a family of 6.

There are only two things that I didn’t like, one was in the room description it says hot tub as one of the descriptions and that isn’t quite accurate and that was one reason why we booked the room, so that was pretty disappointing, the bathrooms seemed like they could use some updating, the water pressure was kind of off in the shower.

Been to this condo multiple times over the years. This is the first time that I was not satisfied with my stay there. bu

Not enough toilet paper. Condo was in poor condition. Door knobs, kitchen cabinets were nearly falling off. Water stains on ceiling. internet reception was horrible. And did not get a response from the customer service team after calling and emailing them until the day of departure.

Location was good close to the beach.

My fridge had to be replaced n they gave me a dirty one that was in the main office. The washer n dryer was soo old n rusty. Needed new paint and need to update the furniture. Shower would not get hot had to take cold showers.

parking was limited. the room was 4403. for the amount of rules that they had in their introduction email you would think the place was spotless and perfect. it was anything but that. several broken items. the sofa bed is horrible. the communication with the rental management was easy and they did come out and fix issues as requested. it was not the worst stay, but I will not be selecting 4403 again because it can not accommodate my family with that horrible sofa bed

Literally such a perfect stay! Loved everything inside from space to colors and the view!!

The room was beautiful. My favorite colors or aqua and turquoise, total beach vibes! Was able to see the beach, tennis courts and pools from patio. Walking distance from beach too. The rooms were super nice. Had everything we needed just needed to supply our own food. Will stay again at the same place next time!!

Just the door towel handle on the master bathroom door was broken. Fell on my foot while showering. The front door lock was a little frustrating at times when trying to open or lock the door but the stay over all was fantastic and those 2 minor issues weren't really that big compared to the rest of everything else 😊
